Great view on the volcano.

A lot of cockroaches and moth. A lot of moisture on the ceiling of the bathroom, water barely hot. The power outlet of the toaster can't plugged without an adaptor wich we did not have. The A/C only works on fan mode 2 and is very loud. The bed is smal and very hard, only a small matress on wood planks. We have to pay to use the swimming pool 150php/hour/head. Craks on the wall and tapestry is peeling.

The location. We had a perfect view of Taal and everything is near - restos, convenient store, grocery and church

Venus was very accommodating and professional. She exceeded my expectations. She even gave us instructions how to get to some tourists spots. The wifi had a very strong signal The view was spectacular Very spacious room The place is a walking distance from Skyranch and Restaurants.

There were cooking equipments but you're not allowed to cook but it's understandable because the window is far from the kitchen. There were a few cockroaches The sheets and the cabinets were a bit dusty The shower heater is limited to one head The building does not have it's own near access to the commercial area

Very accommodating staff, clean and beautiful facility. worth the stay!

For a cheap room this one's good. Perfect view of taal, room has microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle. Lots of restaurants to choose from, and walking distance from Skyranch.

No toiletries but that's okay. No biggie. I will still go back. 🙂

Nearby to a mall, to restaurants, good location.i love the taal view in our room. Very responsive caretaker and good security of the place. The studio has all the basic appliance like fridge, microwave, electric kettle.

There are no entrance/exit doors on both side of the building. So when you came from the highway you got to walk all the way to the guardhouse to the main entrance to reach. The faucet in the toilet sink is not working. NO WiFi included.

Facility's are closed.

Location is good, but don’t pay extra for lake view as that also brings the road noise which is considerable. Bed was good.

A bit dated. No water in the bathroom sink. No toilet paper.

Ms. Venius is very accommodating, facilty and the place is super nice.. highly to be recommend to other friends.

Atleast need to provide a small stove, so that can make homecook meals
