Obiekt znajdował się tuż przy plaży. Duży balkon z widokiem na morze. Klimatyzacja działała bez problemu. Miła obsługa na recepcji.
Bardzo ubogie wyposażenie w kuchni. Brak ekspresu do kawy. Mały wybór pieczywa na śniadaniu, dostępny był tylko chleb tostowy. Słaby zasięg WiFi w pokoju, dużo lepszy na balkonie. Jak już udało się połączyć do sieci i zasięg był dobry, to szybkość pobierania internetu była dużo ok. 40-50 Mb/sec. Niektóre porty są poblokowane, dlatego nie bardzo nadaje się do zdalnej pracy.

It was second time for us to be in this village. The hotel is well maintained and we had breakfast and lunch included in the price. Food was amaizing and people who served were very nice.

We stayed at Pharos Rooms in October with HB option. Good breakfasts at Ilia Mare hotel and fantastic dinners at Pharos Restaurant! We had great holidays! We enjoyed everything there! We traveled by the car so we can easily reach the property. The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

This place was very calm and restful! People are nice and respectful. The beach in front of this place and the view is amazing. The host are kind. Room is very clean even if the bathroom is small and especially the shower!
We didn't know it will be so far from the center and you absolutely need a car if you stay in this place.
Also you needed to go to another hôtel located near to pharos rooms to get the breakfast. The breakfast was good for the sweet part but not enought plates for the salted part (eggs, pie...).
Also I think this is unfortunate that there is no possibility to take a boat from Ilia directly.

The rooms were spacious and cute in terms of furniture. The balcony had a view of the garden and the sea. The sea was right accross the street. The whole village is nice with views of the sea and the mountain. The breakfast was really good with a big variety.
There was a loud buzzing sound from an electric appliance, couldn't quite understand if it was from a consumption measurer that they had in the kitchen or an a/c of the nearby room, but at night it was really loud and made it difficult to fall asleep and woke me up many times since it stopped and started many times during the night. Also there was no sound proofing from the nearby balconies and you could hear people talking until late at night. For the talking you can't blame the hotel, but it could use something better than a piece of plank as a divider between the balconies. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable ones, though not too bad but felt like they were quite old. A little bit confusing to find the rooms, since there is no sign for the property, had to search a little and go around asking in order to find that you have to check in at the adjacent Ilia mare hotel. I would suggest putting a sign.

Clean rooms and staff was really helpful in both insuring our stay but also recommending nice places around the area (which btw is nice)
The lamp in the room we stayed was burnt
Instead of a double bed, we were given 2 single beds attached to each other which is not very comfy when sleeping in between (like when hugging your wife) its kind of uncomfortable.

There was not much fish catching in that season. Will come back in September especially for that ...

The place was amazing, the room was clean and had a nice view, the staff was welcoming and awesome all the way. For the price with breakfast included it was totally worth the money, surely a place I would go to again and I most definitely recommend it for anyone that's looking for a nice hotel in Evia.

The buffet breakfast is vary tasty with a lot of options ( sausages, omlettes/boiled/fried eggs, ham, nice cheese and olives, fresh vegetables, nuts/goji/different seeds, fruit, 3 kinds of cake, fresh products from bakery). The lunch was also nice and enough( a few options for:1 salad, 1 appetizer and 2 main courses/ 2 persons). Water on the house. I have to mention Dina in the taverna, a very "zen" lady, funny too. I and my husband had some very good laughs with her. She was the sparkle of our trip. The location is quaint, in small Ilia, the street is a bit wide though. The room was big with separate kitchen and a sea view balcony ( even if for the 1st floor rooms it's rather a side sea view...there are a few trees). Very, very clean.
It s not like I didn' t like or sth ruined our holiday but some aspects need to be said.
Well, if you are going to cook in the apartment, you have to know that there are just 2 plates ( for soup none) to serve food in. The knife is awfull. Bring your own. We didn t have much issue as we didnt eat in the room much.
There is no parking provided, just on the street. When there are some events nearby, we had the park the car in the port, not far but not in front of the rooms.
A lot of loudy local kids as they all seemed to know each other ( a beautiul family...but). I have 2 of my own ...and I really love kids but as parents you have to set some rules ( they were crying and shouting at some hours in the nights when they had to sleep). The owners are polite but we were postponed to pay several times because of their personal probems. Someone has to deal with the clients problems when the owners are busy with the kid or else.
