Enjoyed that we stayed in Berlin Mitte in an old Hinterhause. Flat was comfortable enough, clean with basic amenities and several supermarkets in walking distance. Lots of Street food and good access to public transport.

Would have liked to have some soap to wash our hands, a working water kettle and a couple of complimentary teabags and working WiFI.

Apartment was spacious, clean and the staff picked up the phone at late hours. It’s located near public transportation and shops/restaurants.

The entrance of the property is scary and hasn’t been properly maintained. The bathroom was very small and narrow.

The location is very good close to metro and bus stops, super markets, a beautiful park and many places for coffee and food. You need 25min tops to get to all the museums/monuments. The apartment had all the appliances we needed for a weeks stay. Very cozy and comfortable in general. And the hosts were very helpful.

It was a great location for travelling around Berlin. We also like that the WiFi worked rather well in both the places

The main problem was th toilet kept running and despite an email to the front desk, they completely ignored the problem and let the toilet run during the entirety of our stay. We were able to jiggle it to fix it, but that's kinda silly when we paid so much for a "comfortable" accommodation. Despite that, it was quite nice though

Horrible experience. If you are traveling with a family don’t book here. The full experience: we arrived, there’s no sign or any indication where is the apartment, we called several times to the number they have on Booking but no answer. I called Booking and they called them and after a few minutes someone called me back. I was sure I got scammed and was about to leave the place. To get in took us nearly an hour! There was no baby bed even though I got confirmation before! For the “extra bed” which is open sofa they didn’t have sheets. The bathroom is part of the kitchen. The building is very old and poor looking, no elevator. They left us another set of keys but they were not for this house thankfully one of us stayed in when the other one was out, if we would to take the wrong keys we would have spent the night on the street or God knows what. The apartment is not bed looking but really poor experience with all the rest. We left before 7 in the morning just to get away from the neighborhood!

It was superb for our kids. The mini-kitchen and the toys provided where used with joy. The big ones had fun watching netflix and wifi-ing around. Two bathrooms made it easy to handle the morning traffic. The staff of primeflats were super gentle and helpful: exceptional online- and telephone-service.

We didn't know it was a basement apartment. That would be better to be listed in the subscription.
