Everyone who worked there was super nice, friendly, and communicative. The continental breakfast was simple but filling, and a great way to start the day. The rooms were spacious and the beds quite comfortable. The room I stayed in had big windows so there was a lot of natural light coming in during the day. The location is also very convenient from the central station - it is also on a quiet street and close to many nice restaurants.

We arrived several hours before the posted available check-in time. The kind receptionist let us leave our bags with them and told us to come back in an hour for the room, bear in mind that was still way before the regular check-in time - very happy with their approach. The room was very tidy, and its limited space was utilized well. Bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Bus and metro available one minute away by walking.

The accomodation being on the second floor can be a bit confusing at first, but it's a minor issue.

The breakfast was not very diverse but for us, it was an advantage as everything was tasty and fresh. The hotel is located around 5 km from the city center, but it is excellent if you want to walk and see the city. Moreover, the service was very good and the employees helped us with everything.

It was a bit cold when we came but in a few hours, it got warmer.

The bed is quite comfortable, there is a night lamp. Bathroom is clean, hot water available 24/7, towels clean. Breakfast offer is OK, with quality ingrediencies.

The room is tiny, especially if you have more luggage. Difficult to move between the edge of the bed and the wall

Simple but clean, good value

The hotel is very clean, organized, everything is brand new. Breakfast is simple but has a lot of options and is super clean. I would come back for sure.

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. The breakfast was also good, and breakfast times were very convenient. There is a very good Chinese restaurant (I had two meals there) and a Ramen restaurant right next to the hotel.

Good location, nice and affordable Asian restaurants nearby, close to Kudamm and U-Bahn stations. A supermarket is just across the road. I had read the comments about the noise during the night, but it wasn’t the case for me — it was quiet all around. There’s a radiator which you can regulate yourself. The bathroom is clean, spacious and there’s a hairdryer. The breakfast was basic, but it was enough.

The only thing that irritated me was that the window was open in my room when I arrived and it took me time and effort to close it because the open part was high under the ceiling and I had to stand onto a chair and then on a narrow window sill, and it was dangerous!

The Motel Blue is situated near by(~ 150 m) the Hohenzollernplatz metro station(U3) that provide connectivity by metro to most of the Berlin destinations. Bus no.249, also is ~ 180 m. from the hotel, by which could be reached Berlin Zoo in 5 stations distance, or 4 stations to reach Kurfürstendamm for diverse shopping stores. The neighborhood store is right over the street, where from could be bought different products or drinks(is. fine bottled German Beer), etc. There are plenty of fast/street food stores in the area, but as closer to the Kurfürstendamm - German or Italian restaurants could be visited. The quality and level of cleanliness within Motel Blue is at a satisfactory, even to the good level. The proposed breakfast ensures a minimum level of satiety, without a wide variety of cold or hot snacks.

A disappointment was the number that was offered for accommodation, given the fact that at the preliminary reservation 5 months in advance, the option for a 20 sq.m room was chosen, but in fact we were accommodated in a room that hardly if it had 12 sq.m. Addressing clarifying questions to the young lady at the registration counter, we were told that all the available rooms would be like that = small, and only the next day they could try to identify another more spacious number if it becomes available. The next day, after 3 p.m., another number was assigned, which actually met expectations based on the information available on the booking.com website.

The hotel is near the ubhan stop. The staff is ok and the breakfast is super.

The elevator is not open to public, they have to use a key for it, so if you have a heavy bag, u have to carry it one or even two floors like me

Enjoyed my stay in this stylish hotel in the centre of Berlin. Nice room, friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast selection, I probably will be back in the future.

Happy with everything

Very convenient location (2 mins walk from U station Hohenzollernplatz), very clean room and shared spaces, nice breakfast until 11am and checkout until 12. Modern bathroom inside the bedroom.

Our room was on the second floor just behind a shared breakfast space (no room, kind of a corridor with tables) and we were woken up every morning at 7 am or earlier by the noise of people having breakfast or staff preparing the table.
