Lovely and friendly and beautifully designed and decorated. No restaurant or room service but surrounded by great places and Uber Eats deliver to the door.

Nothing really. I had to extend two nights and the message didn’t really get through. They phoned me to say ‘you’re meant to have checked by now’ - when I had definitely been reassured all was fine but these things happen. No one is perfect. Everyone was friendly. No complaints really.

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Bright, high ceilings, well equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances, great shower / bathroom. Great location with free city bus loop stop opposite & fantastic vegan cafe. Awesome secure underground car parking. Loved it.

There was a less than welcoming smell likely from drain traps in the bathroom? Managed it with a room scent spray.

Bed was very comfortable and heaps of room very accessible and spacious. the facilities were very clean and mini kitchen was a great bonus I had surgery at the nearby hospital and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. will definitely stay again and looking forward to it. Vet easy access from car park and great for those requiring this.

It was very spacious, and we were allowed early entry. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I loved the art work too! It was wonderful to have a convection oven also!

We only had one bowl and one plate but requested another set.

The Spring Hill Loop free bus service was directly outside the hotel and was so convenient to get to Queen street shopping and the Centre of town.

The location and the staff. Special mention to the fabulous Tia who couldn’t do enough to help.

We asked for a quiet room but a garbage truck emptying bins & compacting right outside at 6 am ruined our sleep. Charge for car parking is too high

Bed was comfortable but maybe a little too soft for my back but that’s my own issue.

Art series are always a good choice. Can walk to most places from this one and love the pool. Room spacious and comfortable. Have stayed before and would do so again.

Early check in for an international guest who landed at 7am - wasnt even given a key to pool area.

Loved the nice art, especially the touch of including a small blank canvas in the room to encourage guest creativity. Was thrilled to see a spin bike in the gym! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, included a cute gift for my birthday :) quiet neighbourhood so we could get some sleep at night.

Would have loved the pool to be heated, it was way too cold to use and I booked the hotel so I could do some laps. I also thought the amenities should have been in the room already instead of a “call for delivery to room” approach. If I’ve stripped off for a shower I need my shower cap then and there, I’m not going to call someone and get dressed again to receive it.

The room size, it was spacious.

The bathroom was badly designed with wholes in the door, so that the whole bathroom was under water after taking a shower. The water pressure was also way too low. Hotel rooms on the same level closed so loudly that it made you startle everytime. Caused me to lose a lot of sleep. Walking to downtown, you had to walk a couple of times steeply uphill and the bus only came once an hour. The bed was way too soft.

Rooms are huge and beautifully decorated.

Location is OK, but there isn't really anything around restaurant wise.
