The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Being in a very convenient location, it was an easy walk to buses and trains and a nearby taxi rank as well as shops and restaurants. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to get a twin room.

- location is perfect for exploring the city on foot - cafe right on the doorstep is very convenient, the coffee and food is not too bad either - kitchen facility in the apartment is practical - artwork in the apartment were simple but fun - smell in the lobby was beautiful - portable bed was comfy - storage spaces were sufficient - music and decoration choices in the lobby were lovely - staff were so lovely

- dryer and dishwasher were dated and should be replaced - bathroom door, dryer and dishwasher were extremely noisy - door to the main bedroom did not have a lock, if you go to the effort of installing a door please put a lock on it - laundry facility did not match the picture advertised in booking.com. The room we booked was a one bedroom executive unserviced - the bed was comfortable but when making it, we noticed lots of stains on the mattress - television in the bedroom was tiny, investing in a slightly larger one offering streaming services would be ideal - only 1 toilet paper in the apartment despite being there for a week. Can get more from reception but perhaps placing some in the cabinet would be more convenient for guests - smell of the rubbish shoot in the hallway needs attention, perhaps frequent cleaning or stronger deodouriser in the hallway would help with the smell - tea and coffee provided were sad. Perhaps look at investing in a small coffee machine Because of the above I left somewhat disappointed and I like Oaks.

Only one lift working to our floor at the time of our stay.

The room was very spacious, the bed was super comfy and the location was brilliant. There was everything there you needed including laundry powder for the washing machine.

It was a bit scary being on the 39th floor and we didnt use the balcony. But we did like the view.

Excellent location, especially without a car. Great water pressure. Excellent WIFI. Very comfortable bed. Reception very helpful and provided everything we needed. Great air con. Fabulous views. Rooms spacious and modern.

Only 2 black tea bags on arrival late in the evening; 4 would have been a good start; 2 then for breakfast. Unfortunately we had noisy people above us for a couple of our nights.

My wife and I really liked the apartment with our 1 year old daughter. It was generous in size, good cooking facilities and great bed. The location on Charlotte was in a good location between South Bank and Fortitude Valley. The staff were always available and super friendly.

We thought the apartment was great but the other facilities were not up to the same standard as the rooms. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were too cold to use. The gym was a great addition but could do with some freeweights instead of multiple ergo’s, treadmill and bikes.
