Pool was nice and had a security guard so made you feel safe. All staff really friendly, especially the breakfast staff.

We had windows in our room looking out onto the hotel corridor, the windows are frosted so cannot see through but our windows were not locked, one didn’t have a lock and one was broken so felt unsafe. We asked to move rooms and were told “no one can open it and we have cameras everywhere” I then proceeded to show the staff if I could open it anyone else could. Although the windows are thin and most people wouldn’t fit, it’s not the point.. we were unable to move rooms as the place was fully booked. Room had a slight dusty smell and one of our bedsheets were not clean at all. On tidying my bed on the first morning I noticed heavy maybe makeup marks on the back of the pillow and I don’t wear makeup so that was pretty gross! Breakfast could be better, milk for cereal was warm and butter / fruit salad/ sauces / jam, all out in the open for flies to sit on. Breakfast runs until 10:30am but even at 9:15, the hot food was mostly gone on one of the days and no sign of it being refilled. One of the days the entrance of the hotel was completely covered with parked bikes, you couldn’t get in the building without squeezing past, if you’d of just arrived with all yours luggage you would not be able to enter at all without waiting for then to be moved. Feel it needs to be more organised.

I’m really love the pool so much with cleaning every where, the breakfast is very many options for choose. The room is very clean and air conditioner very cool and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly. The location was great. And the room was spacious enough.

The room kind of lack lighting, it would be nice if the lights were a bit brighter. There was also cockroach in the bathroom.

The pool area was lovely, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good! They also do happy hour nearly all day on cocktails and beer. It’s nice to be able to sit round the pool with a drink. The pool was a lovely design. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot with great pressure. It’s also in a great location surrounded by many restaurants. There is a sports bar on the same road that plays all the matches if you’re interested in that kind of thing.

Our room never got cleaned, but that doesn’t bother me too much. They gave us enough toiletries to last us our time.

The first room I had was good. When I returned the second room was musty. Otherwise it's comfortable and clean

I don't like the pool in front of the restaurant, there's no privacy. The food isn't that great. The smoothies are good.

The service was not acceptable waiting for food for so long anytime i went to the desks they were on there phones no smiling my room wasn’t cleaned. I mentioned my anniversary in comments and nothing was said or offered I won’t be back

Position is perfect and centered with very nice restaurants around. The staff of the hotel is very welcoming and helpful, especially kuy lay helped us solving an emergency (lack of Cambodian money cash exchange).

Maybe the breakfast could be improved and have more options , richer and refilled regularly.

The staff member took the key from the reception and followed me to the room. When we came there, it wasn't cleaned so he gave me the key to another one. It's pretty noisy in the morning. Thank God, I had ear plugs!
