Die Übergabe war sehr gut, wir bekamen ein Video , wie wir den Schlüssel mit Code erreichen konnten. Es war auch eine Bewilligung zum kostenlosen Parken vor dem Haus in der Wohnung . Die Wohnung ist ca 15-20 min von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es handelt sich um eine renovierte Wohnung in einem alten Haus . Angeboten wurden 2 Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer . Wir baten um Vorbereitung dieser Schlafcouch , was uns auch bestätigt wurde.

Diese Schlafcouch war nicht verwendbar , kein Mensch kann auf diesem Ding schlafen . Es gibt auch eine weiße Couch , siehe Fotos ,die wir dann versuchten , in ein provisorisches Bett umzuwandeln. Noch niemals haben wir so ein verschmutztes, widerliches Möbelstück in einer Ferienwohnung gesehen. Wir waren entsetzt. Eigentlich hätten wir schon vorgewarnt sein müssen, da diese Couch mit verschiedenen Tüchern bedeckt war. Reinigung ist mehr als schlecht, Möbel am Balkon verrostet, Tisch im Wohnzimmer mit schwarzem Schimmel . Die Küche haben wir gar nicht mehr betreten. Wir verstehen die begeisterten Bewertungen nicht . Fazit : schade um die Wohnung , wir haben uns auf Grund des Zustandes nicht mehr wohl gefühlt .

Everything was more than good. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms and toilets. Wide and spacious apartment. A parking ticket is provided in the area in front of the apartment. Responsive and smiling owner. I would definitely come back again.

Very good location , a confortabile , clean and very well equipped flat. I felt as “at home”

A sewage smell in the morning but I can’t tell if it was coming out of the water closet or if it was something outside . A poor breakfast but it wasn’t a problem for people like us, accustomed to a cup of milk and coffee and some cereals.

The apartment was huge and very comfortable. We found everything we needed. And the host was very kind and provided us with very useful information about the region

Everything was great.

The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfy. The location is very good, on a quiet street, but still close to the center of the city after a short walk. The host is accommodating and caring. She provided us with a parking ticket to use, the best local sweets from Lecce, and she was always available to answer our questions. Our group was delighted with the stay, and for sure we will come back to stay here when in Lecce.
