Close walking distance to things to do, market, restaurants
We specifically rented this place and villa for the swim pool. The day we arrived, we were told the motor wasn’t working. We had to pay with our own money for transportation to and from another hotel to use a pool. The option was nice but we never would have booked the place if there was no usable pool. We shouldn’t have had to pay transportation to another pool. We had another place booked with a pool but booked here instead because it was a little cheaper. We never would have stayed if we had known the pool was not working. Using a pool at another property required us to pay for our transportation, having to setup the visit. We couldn’t just walk out to the backyard at anytime to use the pool.
We should have been given a partial refund.

The staff - Delia was so friendly and happy to share her knowledge of the island with us. The property is well-situated and this villa had wonderful views and an area to relax outside. Each room had sea views and their own bathroom which is marvelous for two couples travelling together.
Trim the tree for better views. Property not well known so hard to access. Not a show stopper.

The location was fantastic! We had a large private yard with a view of the ocean. The sunsets on the water were stunning. Our apartment was spacious and attractive. We could walk to the beach, the supermarket and the center of Forio within minutes. Another little bonus was a vegetable garden that we could pick from. Delia and Francesco were so hospitable and helpful in every way. This was a perfect place for our family.
Some air conditioning issues that were fixed immediately.

Super charming villas with all you need for a family. We loved all about it. Five minutes walk to the beach and sunset view, 15 minutes to center of town. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. A garden with dining and bbq possibilities was really sweet. Quiet at night. We were happily surprised with an upgrade to two bedrooms, which was so nice. (Two teenagers…). Very friendly hosts!

The apartment was new, spacious, super clean, with a big, well curated, private garden with the prettiest view. Completely silent during the night, close to the beach, overall a great experience. Hosts were the kindest. Totally recommend.
In the morning, there was some construction work going on in the property, so it was a bit noisy.

it is all newly made but jn bad quality materials, in a fee years it might not look as good.
the staff service was very poor. they didn’t show up until 5 min before check out. they dis organize a rental car but with more than an hour delay to the promised time. they completely ignored our request to help us with a taxi on the last day to reach the harbour.

Property was easy to reach and everything went well. I got message just before arrival and got all information needed. Car hire was easy too, just waited the vehicle at proper time and it was cheaper than alternatives in Porto d'Ischia.
There were school class from Germany and they were quite noisy and had garden happenings every evening and too late. Kitchen was poorly equipped. Hences were so high that only limited sea view was possible even if we booked property with sea view.

Great, clean facilities on top of a hill, but close to the public and private beaches. Rooms were very clean and spacious, looked very recently renovated. Easy access to main road with busses to the rest of the island, town of Forio in walking distance, and supermarket less than 1 min away. Would defintely stay here again in the future.
Would have been great to have boiler/coffee/tea in the room and/or an included breakfast at one of the nearby caffetterias/ restauarants. The road to the beach was not well kept, but that is a public space, not belonging to facility.

The location within walking distance to the beach and the village was very convenient since we didn't have a car. The rooms were very clean and ac worked great. Appreciated the lockers for storing bags after checkout.
The picture in the ads with the sea view is only accessible if you rent the apartments, or that's what it seemed. We couldn't see the ocean from anywhere on the property. Mind you, the ocean was only a 5 min walk down a dirt lane so not a deal breaker, just a little disappointing.

Everything was excellent, highly recommend. Clean, comfy, sunny, loads of space.
There could be a bit more in the way of kitchen utensils but I still cooked three full meals whilst we were there so not too bad!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Perfect garden and sunset which you can enjoy. You can find everything in the kitchen. Very close supermarket. The owner was very helpful for everything, he sent us a huge list of beaches, restaurants, etc.
If you don’t have a car or scooter, it is not easy to reach the hotel especially in the summer when it is so hot. We took bus to everywhere, the bus stop is close actually, however buses were so crowded and not comfortable. The closest beaches to hotel were not the best ones since there were lots of algas so we had to travel everyday to different beaches.

Beautiful location, well represented by the photos. Quick walk to beaches, restaurants, and the town of Forio. There is also a grocery store just a 2 minute walk away. Comfortable beds, great bathrooms with tubs.

The garden where amazing and the view as well. Apartment where nice and clean when we arrived.
We stayed for a week and it would have been nice to change the towels without having to pay ekstra, even though it was just a small amount.

our apartment was very spacious and clean, staff were very helpful, view was spectacular garden was amazing, washing machine in the kitchen was a bonus for a family staying for a week.
only a minor point,the layout of the apartment, I would have liked the living room area at the back facing the garden

The place is gorgeous and very comfortable. We were 6 so we used 2 double beds and the sofa bed but even that one was comfortable.
The entrance from the main road is a little weird, but it has another one towards the beach. Worth the walk once you are there, though.
