Location and people are really great as well as facilities. Room had been cleaned by cleaning lady everyday and she was very professional.

Room was above kitchen so we hear every detail from there. We were mostly out in that hours so we didn't feel it as much. We would also appriciate a little bid wider options for salty breakfast.

Just some of the workers of the hotel, like Olga, that are pleasant and always happy to help you with anything you need.

We booked two different rooms and they give us the keys of both of them at the check-in, the surprise was to find out that one of the rooms was dirty, towels on the floor, the bed without new blankets, etc.. something extremely relevant on the Covid Crisis times that we are suffering. The pictures of the rooms that we can see on booking doesn’t fit with the reality, and of course, doesn’t fit the expectations that we have when we booked it. The bathrooms are old, there were not hot water in any of the two rooms, it’s only slightly warm, the towels are like in a hospital, there is not king beds, it’s two single beds united. One of the rooms has access to the garden trough a terrace but the door of the terrace was broken and nobody fixed it in three days even though we ask for it several times. To use the swimming pool you have to wear a swimming cap, quite rare in a hotel, but nobody told us about it until we were inside the pool and one of the workers came to pull us out because of it. Nobody provide us with the wifi password. The breakfast was also dissapointing, just a few packages of two slices of dry bread, croissant, a cake and yoghurts. Honestly, for a hotel that costs between 100€ and 150€ per night and room, I think that disappointing is a kind word to describe it. For sure I will never come back and I don’t recomend it.
