Everything was great. The location - you couldn't beat, walking distance to everywhere, including shops, restaurants, attractions etc. Parking place in underground garage very convenient. The view from the balcony - Mont Blanc range. You don't get it any better in Chamonix. Apartment itself well equipped, even dishwasher and washing machine. We were a group of four (two couples in late 40ties) and found this place spacious and private. We're already thinking of coming back in 2024 ;-)

The location is very central, so it's great to walk everywhere. The apartment has a balcony with an amazing view and enough commodities to make meals outside. Being a duplex you also have a bit of extra privacy and the window ceilings are just lovely. Our hosts ensured our comfort all the time, and provided extra useful information so we could get around Chamonix almost as locals!

- Communication with the property owners prior to and during stay was almost immediate - they even replied to questions through booking.com before I had booked (which made it easier to choose between the various apartments available).
- Apartment is large and well appointed, and was very clean - would easily sleep 4 - with separate bedrooms with space (!!! Storage space for shoes/clothes etc). It wouldn't be claustrophobic with 6 in there using the sofabed too.
- Lift in the building (which felt like a godsend after shopping in town or after long alpine hike)
- all appliances that I used, worked and didn't need work arounds to get them to work (or worry about electrocution)
- balcony is lovely to sit on and read and stare up at the mountains
- the skylight in the main bedroom!! great to get a preview of the weather to make plans for the day
-short walk in to town
-less than 2mins walk from the main bus station and convenient railway (Aiguille du midi stop - so that you don't go all the way in to Chamonix)
- fridge/stove/dishwasher all worked, making it convenient and a pleasure to enjoy the beautiful foods from the bakery and market (and to have a decent breakfast if having an early start).
-washing machine worked well
-I ended up loving the coffee machine so much that I drank all of the complimentary coffee during my stay (sorry)
- the hiking suggestions given by the hosts made me see parts of the Chamonix valley I hadn't considered and I made good use of the hotel card making public transport in the valley free during my stay
-internet worked with no problem in all parts of the apartment
I actually can't think of anything that applied to me - see the 'what I did like' section
If you have mobility issues, then getting in and out of the bathtub to shower would be an issue and you'd have to sleep on the sofa bed and not use the lovely bedrooms upstairs.

Very cozy and clean apartment. The location is perfect: 2 minutes to city center, a bus and a train stations. Easy to access all the resorts via bus/train. A lot of good cafes nearby. Very close to a grocery store and a good pizzeria. The apartment has everything we needed, including dish washer and a washing machine. Also there are 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, so it a good choice for two couples (rare find in this area). The host was very friendly and helpful.

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our ski trip in Cham. The flat was bigger and nicer than the pictures show. The location was also perfect - right next to the bus stop and right next to the Midi lift which was convenient for off piste. It’s also super close to the restaurants and bars in town, while also giving access to some more less touristy places where the locals hang out. We loved our stay and will be back for sure!

Apartment in perfect location in Chamonix South: very close to the main lifts to Planpratz and Auiguille du Midi and the train to Mere de Glace. Also the trailheads are fairly close.
The apartment has everything we needed for our family with our 1 year old.
The host has been super welcoming and available from the start of our stay: he has met us for the key handover and was very responsive to messages and helpful. While traveling with a child this is pretty much the best you can ask for.

View of Aguila de midi from all rooms. Great bunkbed.. fully equipped kitchen .. proximity to the lift station , city centres yet quiet surroundings

The appartament has all you need, it's very good located and have a nice view from balcony, parking place in garage and we were welcomed with a dog.
Cleaning instructions was confusing. It was not written in the discription on booking that I have to clean the appartament before leaving. I was informed one day before and there was written instruction left in the appartament. I think it should be mentioned before.

The building has 2 elevators and a big underground parking with open spaces, no need for private car as the buses and train stops are very close, supermarket nearby.
All was good, nothing to metion.
