La habitacion vieja y descuidada, no hacen el aseo ni las camas

La atención, la limpieza, los detalles (que te entreguen jabón y shampoo), la temperatura de la ducha excelente, la vista hermosa y que haya opción de utilizar hervidor/microondas, secador de pelo, calefactor, etc. Te dan todas las comodidades.

El lugar tiene una ubicación privilegiada, muy central y con vistas hermosas, pero sin haber llegado muy tarde en la noche las escaleras para llegar nos dieron bastante inseguridad, claramente esto es algo que no depende de los dueños del lugar y de ir nuevamente lo mejor es tomar algún auto para llegar. Dentro del lugar todo excelente.

This stay was so good! Our favorite place we have stayed in. The view from the window of the harbor was truly special and the rooms feel large and spacious. The property itself is maybe 3 minutes walk from a busy street that connects you to all the places you’d want to see. Mauricio is a wonderful host (though maybe the real host is the wonderful, sweet kitten who greeted us) and was attentive to what we needed and helped plan what we should see in the city. He clearly loves this work and meeting people and it was great to meet him. Excellent place for a ridiculously low price. If we return to Valparaiso we will rebook.

Good location close to the other attractions, I counted the stairs to get up to the front gate - 155 😂) It has microwave and a mini oven available for everyone to use. The owner was friendly and spoke good english. Our room has a very good view of the seaside

I wish it had a proper kitchen to cook food

A few highlights: great location - close to La Sebastiana and walkable to Cerros Alegre and Concepcion; the room and private bathroom were super clean, and the view on clear days was just what I hoped it would be. This was a welcome break from hostels! I booked specifically because I read that the host gives great advice - which is absolutely true.

No complaints - everything was as advertised. Simply noting that the rate does not include breakfast, nor a common space to connect with other guests. Plan to pay in cash!

Everything was excellent. Mauricio is a great host & has lots of funny stories. The location is very central to Valparaiso and the other hills, as long as you don't mind stairs (no funicular near this hill). This room was exactly what I was hoping for! Good size, plenty of space, small kitchen, comfortable bed, nice view.

This is a minor thing, but I needed to do some remote work while there. The wifi was very strong in the bedroom but did not reach the kitchen table. I was able to work from the other parts of the room however, so it was all good.

Mauricio, the host of this Accommodation is exceptional. He was able to adapt to the needs of the guests and acted as a guide with a lot recommendations even beyond what your guides tell. he has been a globetrotter himself. super easygoing and always helpful with super simple communication, which makes it a super pleasant stay. Good Location to explore Valparaíso though you need to climb some stairs to get there (very common in Valparaiso) the place has everything you need incl small kitchen und laundry on demand. also the view from the room was amazing.

Nothing to complaint, only thing to slightly improve could be the cleanliness of the room (e.g. floor)

The Host Mauricio is really helpful and gives you a lot of good informations of the city. The terrace is incredible, because you have a nice view over the sea and the city.
