A very spacious villa in a quiet road 300 metres from seafront. Heatable swimming pool, 3 double suites of bedrooms and bathrooms. A private home rather than a holiday let. Easy walk along seafront into Los Cristianos. Nat, who manages the property on behalf of the owners, was efficiency personified.

Very little indeed, we were very comfortable there and enjoyed our fortnight holiday.

This villa is fantastic. Clean, peaceful and with modern decor. Rooms are spacious and garden area and swimming pool is great. We asked pooling service in advance and it was so great to start mornings with a swim. Even the location is little bit aside, there is supermarket and restaurants in the walking distance and taxi does not cost much. I can recommend this for families and couples.

Bathroom for each bedroom and a additional WC room. Location is good for those who like hiking. Parking is accessible. A very nice garden shower. Good facilities for washing and drying laundry. Big television in living room.

Sun disappears naturally early in this south-east facing garden and balcony due to too high trees. Lacking information and answers on the heating of the pool witch left us with cold pool the whole stay. No sun benches in garden. No use of terrace for sun bathing or star gazing due to roof and glass walls. Too bright lightbulbs in most lamps. Difficult to ensure mild light in evenings. Property could be more suitable for families with small children with safety gates on rather dangerous stairs. There is no play eqipment in the property and no playground in the area. Only one key delivered by arrival but got another on after a while on request. No written information about the property on site and sometimes difficult to get in contact with the host.
