- Lokacija je super, direktno u istorijskom centru, pola minuta do Panteona - Kreveti, udobni i prostrani - Stan prostran, odgovarajuće veličine za 4 osobe - Kuhinja opremljena šporetom, frižiderom, espreso aparatom, ketlerom i mašinom za sudove - Wifi radi bez problema i brzo

- Jako prljavo kupatilo (tuš kabina u budji i kamencu, prljav pod, rupa u tuš kabini iz koje je prolazila voda napolje na pod) - Klime funkcionišu, ali su pune gljivica, neočišćene i smrde na budj kada se uključe a u stanu je veoma hladno - Struja u stanu je slaba i kada se uključe dva aparata (uključen bojler i fen) osigurač iskoči i struja se ugasi - Na bookingu piše da postoji funkcionalna veš mašina medjutim kad smo došli ona nije radila - Ostava gde su bili daska za peglanje i žica za sušenje veša je bila veoma neuredjena, sve pobacano, stare kutije soli otvorene i ostavljene, na podu pobacane stvari - 40% utičnica nije radilo, nema struje u njima, svetlo u kupatilo takodje nije radilo - Pocepane tapete u stanu - Higijena stana je potrebna na višem nivou

L’ubicació magnífica, apartament nou i reformat. El llit en un principi bastant tou, però vam dormir molt bé. El personal ens van respondre totes les preguntes molt ràpid i oferint-nos la màxima atenció possible.

L’aigua calenta no es regulava gaire bé i la insonorització no es gaire bona, s’escoltava el rebombori del carrer.

It had good wifi and was close to the Pantheon. Was within walking distance to other attractions like Trevi and Spanish Steps. Close to grocery store.

Like some of the other reviews, our apartment didn’t match the photos. The apartment looked dated and in need of many repairs. Exposed wiring, light plates missing, the kettle in the kitchen was full of limescale deposits (unusable but a new one was provided). We couldn’t use more than two appliances at once or the circuit would trip. The hot water heater was too small for a two bedroom unit meaning showers would often run cold. The bathroom reminded me of something you would see in a camp site - lots of concrete and rust stains throughout the shower, which was too small. We stayed here because the ‘quality rating’ was a 4 but in my opinion it should be a 2. Lots of other things that we did not like but will leave it at that. Unfortunately it set a bad tone for the start of our family holiday. Would not recommend to other families.

Just when the power shut off the one time, but we were able to locate the power box next to the door.

Exceptional location. We were a 2 minute walk from the Pantheon, 3 minute walk from grocery store and there were restaurants and gelato shops all around. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The host was quick to respond. The apartment was a the second floor but had an elevator which was very convenient with all the luggage. The apartment also had air conditioning, washing machine and free Wifi. We would definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

The only complaint was that there wasn't paper towels /napkins in the kitchen, the coffee maker pods weren't for the machine in the kitchen and not enough toilet paper was stocked. Not a big deal since the grocery store was so close by.
