Location was just off main street close to transport museums shops churches . Supermarket same street. Host was attentive and helpful. Diego picked us up and took us around even to the Amalfi Coast. Excellent driver.knowledgeable and very comfortable to be around. The apartment was very nice with a full kitchen dishwasher and fridge. Beds were comfortable. Very clean and secure apartment.Tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay

The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, etc. The size of the apartment is good and it's nice and light, and - for Naples - rather quiet if you close the windows. However, there were lots of small details that made the stay less than pleasant...

The apartment was filthy. At first sight, it looked like it was cleaned, but only superficially - there was dust under the furniture, all the silverware and plates were greasy and even had food rests on them, there were lip stains on the glasses, etc. The furniture is quite dated, especially on the terrace. There was also cat or dog poop in one of the flower pots on the terrace and it stank terribly - took us a while to realize where it came from, and so we couldn't enjoy the terrace anymore. The owner also asked us to pay 40 Eur city tax, while it was supposed to be 37.50, and never offered the change or any official proof of payment as all the other apartment owners did during our trip. She also tried to trick us into coming to another apartment by sending a message a week before our stay and offering to arrange a transfer to a completely different location than where this apartment is located. Only after sending screenshots and repeating MULTIPLE times that we rented an apartment at Via Stendhal did she finally say that it was a 'mistake' and she rented '7 apartments' and got us mixed up with someone else. It looked to us as if she had other guests interested in this apartment (maybe previous guests asked to stay longer) and therefore decided to try to send us somewhere else thinking we wouldn't notice... So be careful with her instructions on where to meet and be sure you know exactly what you rent. One more thing that was really annoying is that we only had 1 key, which is really not enough for an apartment that can accommodate 6-7 people. Also, if you take the key out of the light switch, electricity doesn't work in the apartment and so the dishwasher stops too (that could explain the dirty silverware and plates that probably never got washed properly when previous guests left). All in all, the apartment has a great location and a nice size but is mismanaged. Wouldn't stay again.

This was an excellent property! Very clean. The location was perfect, central to everything. Our host Valentina was exceptional, very cordial and helpful and responsive. She gave us great information about the location, restaurants. Diego was extremely helpful.

Location is good providing you want to be near the action. The downside is traffic noise in the morning. It was spacious.

Upstairs shower did not have enough water pressure to fill a monsoon shower head. Upstairs bathroom door jams on floor and makes noise when used. If someone is sleeping downstairs (our son was) there is no way of stopping light from outside. Description was a bit confusing to start with as they have more than one property.
