Sadly standards have gone down since my last stay. Breakfast in particular was not good.

This is a home not a lodge. I felt very welcome and travelling with a 2 year old the staff made it easy for me and comfortable. The lodge arranged my airport pick up which was very smooth and organised.

I didnt like the fact that ibooking.com didnt charge my card directly. I was charged an additional $40 for using my card.

The setting and the old colonial style is beautiful and good location in a residential area. The staff were very polite and attentive. You do need a car or taxi to get into town though.

Even though the staff were very polite and attentive. The building probably needs some TLC. The housekeeping needs to be improved. We had to ask for an extra towel (We only had one), A kettle but no cups or teabags, Light bulbs missing. The staff need training on how to do a check list before guests arrive. Not busy as only two rooms occupied.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. The willingness to assist and help over and above their duty was incredible. Comfortable amenities and lovely relaxing environment.

Classic old style, very comfortable and in a very good location. Very friendly staff.

We booked the Junior Suite and were taken to see a standard room. I told them 4 times we booked the Junior suiite but they did not seem to understand. They offered us to choosr a toom and we wete already so exhausted. Finally we got the "Junior Suite". There was a broken mirror at the head of the bed and it gave us anxiety as if it slipped our heads would be well sliced. So we slept badly There was no toilet paper when we arrived, There was no shower gel just 4 tubes of body lotion. Waffer thin pillows. The cushion on the couch was filthy. There was no kettle to boil the water. Noise from around started at 5am already.
