Nice and quiet area, big apartment.
A car isn’t strictly required, it’s walking distance from beach, cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets.

Easy walking distance from beach, small supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, bars, restaurants, and public transport to town, and to Aiya Napa.

Overall very good experience. Nice, quiet apartment. Has everything you could wish for. All kitchen appliances, washing machine etc. Nice cold AC in both bedrooms and living room. Very good and professional host. Will definitely recommend.
Location is not so obvious. There is a sign, but you could see when you are 3 meters from it. Streets around all looks the same, easy to get lost especially at night. Other than that no issues at all.

Easy for beach and adequate shopping for daily needs. Lots of eateries and bars nearby.
Good size apartment and great shielded veranda. Washing machine is fine. Adequately equipped.
Enough AC capacity for all rooms, for those who prefer cool!

Well equipped apartment with everything you would need including kitchen appliances (washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle, toaster) and towels are provided so that helped to keep the luggage to a minimum.
We had the ground floor 2 bedroom apartment which had a lovely shady terrace to sit out on with tables and chairs and clothes airers to dry your clothes and towels.
There is air conditioning in the kitchen/living area and both bedrooms and plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
Electric was charged extra at the end of the stay but it was only €18.40 for our 9 night stay (we only had the air-con on for part of the time and stayed with friends a couple of nights but I thought the electricity was really cheap so not a problem).
We asked for a parking space and were given exclusive use under a covered carport for our stay.
Lots of random bits in cupboards and drawers. Some useful/some not so much, but as there was plenty of storage space it didn't affect our stay.

Everything! very nice apartment(ground flour). good locations. very quiet and yet close to restorants and shops.
all was good, the owner orderd us a taxi from airport and the taxi new exactly where to bring us and also driver called the owner as we were approaching the apartment. The owner met us at the apartment, showed everything. was very helpful with information about surroundings.
The next days I asked him if he has a bigger pot and he just bought anew and brought it in 2 hours!!
the apartment itself very comfortable. huge kitchen -has everything you need, very soft couches. nice patio. and really 7 min to the beach (5 if you walk without kids).
ideal for travelers with kids!
It a simple apartment, do not expect 5* hotel. but great value for money!!!!!!!
just the matresses on the single beds were a bit old and "loud" :-)

Big house, big kitchen, big porch with furniture, parking place, all necessary kitchen appliance available.
Each room has air conditioners.
Some free beach stuff.
Good location: 10min walk to good sandy beach, shops and restaurant in walking distance.
If you have a car you can buy in Larnaka fresh fish, fruits and whatever you need.
Double bed is very squeaking, it bothers too much, you can even wake up because of it.
Double bed has bad matrass, my back felt pain after every night.
Pillow in double bed room also very uncomfortable.
Very small toilet merged with shower.
Be aware, that all electricity will be paid additionally, even if you will try to save electricity it will be around additional 3EUR per day.
There are some ants, but they was not bother us much.
WiFi is slow, for browsing it's ok, but for online meetings inappropriate.

Everything. The apartment was nice. The owner is very onest and dedicated to guests.
It would have been more transparent to highlight that the electric energy consumption will be charged in addition to the cost of the accommodation and to provide an estimated amount (with and without air conditioning).
