Accommodation was good. It's an apartment rental, so expect to buy some things. For example, additional toilet paper, trash bags, personal hygiene items. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment and its decoration was clean, but it bears signs of wear and stains from who knows what. :-) Each apartment has a large balcony overlooking the pool, where 4 people can sit comfortably. There are 2 outdoor pools. One for children, the other deeper. It's a very nice piece of equipment :-) There are restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. I can recommend Gregory's Restaurant and Blue Wave Restaurant. Blue Wave is by a quiet pebble beach. There is also a bakery where you can buy basic food, water, drinks, sweets, etc. There is a bus stop within a 5-10 minute walk from which you can get to Larnaca, the Lidl shop and anywhere else. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation. It is in a quiet location, from where it is close to everything. Ideal for families. Don't expect entertainment clubs nearby. Either by bus or by car, which you can park here.

The only thing that bothered me was that the mattress was too soft. But that's a personal opinion. Everyone has it differently. If the mattress is too soft, you can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

The staff were fantastic and extremely friendly. The apartments were clean and had all the facilities that you'd need.

The parking around the apartment, although it was secure and onsite. It was a little awkward as some sections were a little tight. When we were there, there were no more than 4 apartments being used (max of 4 per apartment), and if we all used the pool, then it would have been cramped. The location isn't the best, you should get a car if you stay here,, as you're not really near anything. You're a 30-minute drive up to Ayia Napa and a 15-minute drive to Larnaca. If you want something with a little more hustle and bustle, or to go for walks and see some local culture, then this isn't it. If you're happy to go to the Lidl, just down the road to get all your supplies and chill in the sun at the pool every day, then this is perfect.

Nothing.....everything was fantastic

A very well-kept, extremely quiet complex ideal for families. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There are 2 mini markets around the complex, one of which has a bakery. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is also nearby. Line 425 goes comfortably to the popular beaches in Larnaca and also directly to the airport. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can also order breakfast and choose from 4 offers. It was an excellent stay for us and we thank Irinia and family very much. A special greeting goes to Leonid and his granddaughter, whom we got to know. Great people! We'll come back!

The host is very responsive, good air conditioning and wifi, quiet property and overall clean and spacious. They were also very nice to help us with a playpen for our child.

The location is not very convenient for stores/beach, we found only half roll of very poor toilet paper for 5 adults and 1child and you can get 1 extra roll if you ask. You need to bring your shower gel as we found only like 20ml on the bottom of a botle, dishwashe detergent, laundry detergent etc. Would be very helpful if the property could provide at arrival all of the above. Also we wanted to have a barbecue but you have to ask for the actual grill in advance and bring coal and ignition. The lightnig is very very poor in the yard once it gets dark outside.

Super cozy gated apartment complex for self service stay. Quiet area but only a brief walk from sea and popular Gregory's restaurant.

Must get more guests as pigeons are taking over the pool area!!
