The room and the breakfast

Wonderful little boutique hotel. Was clean and tidy, with outstanding customer service and tips from everyone working there. Very close to the main area of Cagliari, but away from the busy streets. We got parking out the front east.

The queen bed had two singles put together which we felt was not reflected in the stars and nightly price or the advert.
Reception each morning smelt like sewage, not sure if issue with pipes due to heat wave.
Ground floor apartments near the front of the hotel, you can hear everything in reception. The doors may need better soundproof.
Water should be included given you can’t drink it and the heat wave. Maybe two a day included.

Gorgeous, quirky and pretty hotel, fab location. All staff were lovely but Claudia was super helpful and friendly. We celebrated part of our honeymoon here and will certainly be back. I will also miss the breakfasts, which were delicious and the best cappucino!

Really beautiful quiet venue, within walking distance into the city/restaurants. We loved the breakfast and the hotel was beautiful and serene. You felt like you were escaping the city once you stepped inside. The rooms were clean and beautiful.

The staff were all super helpful and cheerful .
They all went out of their way to ensure we had the best stay and when we asked for advice on locations to visit , they all gave us good beaches, restaurants etc to visit

The hotel had a really nice breakfast room, bar and outside garden seating area. It was also close to the theatre and only 10 mins walk from the main streets and piazzas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious and the breakfast buffet was very good.

I really like the minimalist decoration of the whole hotel. Very cosy!

Lovely, well decorated, chic boutique hotel with charming staff, good breakfast and beautiful garden. The room was elegant and the bathroom spacious. The taxi service organised from the airport was perfect. You're not in the centre but so close it's a good balance (next to botanical gardens). I loved the decor and the ambiance.
It was a bit cold in the room (but there is a radiator) and they brought me sheets instead of a blanket. It's too bad the bar did not really serve food (so no room service really). I also did not like the way I was asked to leave because it was 11:45 and I thought check-out was at noon. No need to show up at my door with that worried, pressing look! Just ring me...

Hotel Villa Fanny is very well designed and very well run. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are great - very comfortable. Bathrooms are superb. Breakfast is great and the whole breakfast bar area is lovely. You can sit inside or outside in the garden. The location is a little bit away from the centre, which we liked very much. You can walk up past the Roman amphitheatre and down into the centre. Poetto beach is great.
I would have liked to have stayed longer.

The hotel is stylish and charming. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax. And there are loungers and a pool to cool down.

We decided to treat ourselves and upgraded to a luxury room which was superb. The size of the room was fantastic and the decor modern and stylish. The hotel has a beautiful garden and even a small swimming pool. It was a great place to chill out after sightseeing, to have breakfast or for a night cap after dinner.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made the stay extremely enjoyable.
The only small point was that the lift did not go up to the second floor so you had to walk up a flight of stairs. Not an issue for us but would be good to let people know in advance if they are a bit infirm or struggle with stairs. For us it was good exercise which we needed after all the great food !

hand to help and are very friendly. The breakfast was
nice and there were a variety of options to choose from
every morning.
Situated about 12 mins walk from the city centre,
this hotel is in a perfect location with plenty of
restaurants near the vicinity. There’s also a bus route
that passes by the hotel with the bus stop being a 1
min walk away.

Easy to access location. Loved the nearby botanical garden. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Very nice shower. The breakfast was the best one we had in Sardinia. The staff were very helpful. The gardens lovely. Overall, superb accommodation!
