Tolle Lage in der Altstadt und sehr schöne individuelle und gemütliche Ausstattung.

Direkt vor dem Badenster ist der Freisitz der benachbarten Gaststätte. Das ist beim Lüften schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, den Gästen auf den Tisch zu schauen. (wir hatten das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss links, die anderen Zimmer haben das Problem nicht)

Brilliant location and our attick room was large and even had a secluded balcony.

The bed in our room was hard. Many will like it but my back struggled a bit.

Beautiful courtyard where you can have breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean. Very well decorated and we loved the bathroom. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location was ideal being walking distance from major sights and restaurants. There is a secure parking garage across the road.

Charming hotel with beautiful terrace and new refurbished restrooms. The location is central.

No eggs for breakfast and one person for reception, breakfast … and all the tasks.

It’s the most beautiful hotel which I had ever been! Its interior, décor details and overall atmosphere are amazing! It’s super clean and comfortable, the stuff is very polite. And the most memorable things are in the inside patio with stunning stairs and flowers!

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation was in a very central location to the centre of the old town. We had mosquitoes in our initial room but the staff were very happy to change us to a large room upstairs. Accommodation was very clean and breakfast was good, catering for gluten free. The garage for parking directly across the road was very clean and secure with staff there excellent. No concerns about leaving your car there for a small charge.

Everything was perfect for us. Very nice for my family as we were 9 traveling and it worked perfectly for each family member. Very nice and relaxing patio area. Would definitely recommend it!!!

A great place to stay on Raveena. Close to the square, 10 minute walk from the train station. Room very clean and staff friendly.

Room was very clean and nice with a beautiful wiew to the garden with beautiful flowers. It was really a pitty, that it was terrible weather with rain and wind. Due to the excellent location - 250 m from the Galla Placidia- we managed to visit this beautiful place in heavy rain and wind. Breakfast was very good with a lot of oprions - there was even gluten free food for me. We could park our car in the garage across the street which was really convenient. Signore Jacobo and the staff were very very helpful. Our two dogs were welcome and had a great time in the garden. Thank you again for an excellent stay.

Centrally located to everything. Nice rooms & great service. Jacopo and Ambet were really helpful with all arrangements - taxis & in my case, I left an iPad behind which they will be forwarding to the next hotel on our itinerary.

Central location right around the corner from main square; hotel provided access thru a pedestrian zone and also free parking on the street right outside the front door. The whole place has been recently renovated and was totally clean. Breakfast was good, service excellent, host allowed us t leave our luggage inside the office area while we toured Ravenna before leaving in the following afternoon. Ravenna is a great walking town, with an extensive pedestrian only zone; Prosperous, well-organized.

First, the booking system is confused. I received endless emails from a third party "Vicki" telling me I had to register online before arriving at Chez Papa. They didn't have my name, they claimed to be doing this thru booking.com, but it sounded like a scam and there is no way I am going to give my passport number and visa to anybody via email, particularly to a third and unknown party. The emails became more and more insistent, even to the point of saying that it was the LAW in Italy that I had to pre-register (it isn't). I brought this to the owner's attention. Registration on arrival was no problem, took only a few minutes. The only other thing was that the room lacked air circulation and got too stuffy, even for the beginning of October. I put on the A/C and that solved the problem, but on the ground floor at least the only window that opened in the bedroom was too high to reach.

Chez Papa is a beautifully modernised old house in the centre of Ravenna, with garage parking directly across the street, but very quiet at night. The location could not have been more convenient. Our room was up in the attic, a very large space with some low ceiling heights and a little balcony where we could sit out. A good breakfast. Friendly helpful owner and staff member that we met.

The place is beautifully decorated. My room had an entrance from lovely inner yard. The hotel is between railway station and city center, everything is nearby, including nice restaurants. I was lucky with food in Ravenna - even obviously touristy places had nice service and were extremely tasty. Also hotel manager provided some nice recommendations about where to eat. My room was very spacious, and with a good AC - not blowing directly on me, but just retaining nice temperature. The breakfast was with a great variety of options, with egg dish to choose, meat/cheese plates, fruits and delicious local pastry. Also as a tea person I usually struggle with tiny cups in hotels, but here I just got a nice teapot of it.
