The place was a value for money for sure. The staff were very nice and helpful. The airport pickup was very prompt. At least one could speak English well from my experience. The decor was interesting. The location was very, very central. This was very helpful because I only had one day in the city and that allowed me to cover many places.

The place is a bit old, but that's typical of boutique hotel. The historic neighbourhood doesn't feel safe at night. The breakfast was decent.

- The most friendly staff I have ever met. Alfredo and other boy working at the reception were amazing. Also staff from kitchen - close to all turist spots such as Museum of Gold, square and also supermarkets - nex hotel you can buy sim card and charge it - clean room and bathroom - great recomendations - good breakfast including fruit, fresh juice, eggs, bread, coffee (maybe I would add a bit more of bread, but if you ask no problem they will add) - the last day when we left earlier they prepared us great breakfast package

Vere pretty hotel in an old colonial house with stunning ceilings located few min walking from the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast and possibility to drop luggage in a safe room after checkout.

Perfect location in the historic district. Generally speaking, the staff was very friendly (except for a grumpy guy when we checked in).

There was quite a lot of noise from people entering and exiting, especially from the stairs. That's how it is in an old building. The breakfast was good, but very simple. It seems like it's a general thing that breakfasts in Colombian hotels are quite small though.

Lovely breakfast, beautiful room, it’s a fantastic historic property wonderfully restored. Super helpful reception and a family-run feel. A real find!

We had a great stay in the Hotel Casa de la Vega. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was big enough and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was basic but delicious.

It was cold in the room, could be helpful to offer an electrical heating system.

Gabriel at front desk was extremely helpful.

Unfortunately, a small bag of snacks was taken from my back pack. It was too insignificant an item to complain about to management but it's a word of caution to future guests. I had locked my valuables in the safe provided and had locked my suitcase but something still went missing!

I liked the location because it was close to the things that I wanted to see this trip. The staff are very accommodating.

It's probably only me not being accustomed to the country but it was cold in the room, which made it a little difficult to get to sleep.
