The property is very conveniently located on the main Selgoda Road. Easily accessible in many directions. The breakfast was filling and well balanced and planned , some traditional non veg / veg goan options would have been great addition. Dominic uncle played the perfect host and took good care for our requirements . The swimming pool is very small and a cold open air jacuzzi is available to use throughout the day. The linen provided in the rooms were fresh and clean It was a bit steep for the price offered but the stay was very warm and pleasent . No kitchen available on the property but you can bring in your own food or order on the various delivery apps. many super markets and restaurants around the place . A must stay place for a very goan experience.

more options for breakfast . some live entertainment or a barbeque . parking was available but not well organised . A welcome drink !

Lar Amorosa was an absolute treat of a property to be staying at. Joekim and Dominic were such great hosts. Joekim was in continuous touch with us and kept guiding us through the check-in and in locating the property. Dominic gave an insight into the beautiful past of not only the house but also of the many artifacts in the property. The rooms were extremely clean. The bathroom had running hot and cold water. The pool and jacuzzi added to the experience. The breakfast was a good start to the day. Staying at Lar Amorosa gives one a charm of a beautiful Goan household. Overall, a wonderful stay and a definite must recommend!

Very well maintained and clean property! Owner is very humble and open to suggestions! Composed of all the amenities you wish to receive on a vaca mode. Little party area behind the cottage is good for candle-nights.

The service was not available all times. Even at the day times waiting time was much longer for little things to come to the room. This place is to stay and enjoy with family for leisure. If you are coming with a gang its not meant for you!

Joekim and the staff were very helpful. The property is beautifully done up and is near most North Goa attractions. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, highly recommend it if looking for a budget stay option. Since we put up in the cottage, the room sizes were more than adequate.

Would love if the in-room amenities could improve, I suggest adding bathrobes, more storage space in rooms etc

More a B and B and not a resort or hotel / from 7 pm both nites we were Alone in property and had to lock up when going out for dinner ! Probably as being empty they ‘forgot’about us so no breakfast first day / no water in room / coffee machine in dining / had to help our selves for most things

Lar Amorosa lives up to it's expectations with regards to the old world charm it promises. Situated bang in the middle of Sangolda with multiple wonderful restaurants at under 5 minutes walking distance. Away from the maddening crowds of Calangute and Baga, yet within 15 minutes of a drive to Chapora and about 20 to Panaji. The property is clean and the staff well mannered and prompt. The bathrooms are large with hot water at good pressure anytime of the day! Well worth your money if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in Goa to rejuvenate yourself!

We were in 2 rooms on the second floor, in one of the rooms, we could hear the pressure pump 24/7. Something needs to be done about the noise because it becomes very difficult to avoid it during the night hours. We did leave this feedback with Joachim. The breakfast is currently being outsourced because of the pandemic but it could definitely improve. Was wonderful otherwise in all aspects.

There was no range for mobile phones,which was a big problem for us,my other family members were always under tension. Few T.V.channels were not available even though your staff tried their best.
