Good view. Fully supplied kitchen. Loved having a washing machine and good shower. Hostess even met us to show us exactly where to park, gave us recommendations for restaurants and where to catch the bus.
A bit of a hike to city center but bus nearby and not a bad trade off for the price.

Quiet area. Apartment is very clean and lots of space. Jelena is very helpful.
It’s a little further from main areas and sometimes we had to Uber, but it wasn’t a big deal

The host met us on arrival and gave all details of apartment, best places to visit and how to get around. Apartment is in an excellent position for visiting Dubrovnik and surrounding area.

A cozy apartment with the sea view. You’ve got everything you need in the apt and the host Josipa is totally nice caring and helpful. Josipa makes everything to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. The property is just half an hour walking distance from the Old City. It’s in a private houses area, which is quiet.
It’s not about the property, but it’s about the sea vacation in general: Dubrovnik is a place where one shall be ready for walking stairs to get to the sea.

The location was perfect if you wanted to be close to a wonderful beach and less expensive restaurants with an amazing view on the balcony. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a great and very helpful host!

One bedroom apartment that was super clean with incredible water views. Had all the amenities we needed. The owners helped us with parking. The place was perfect and walking distance to old town and bellevue beach which had great snorkelling.

Very clean and cute rooms within 20 minute walking distance to Old Town. Relaxing seating area with great views of sea and Old Town. Parking easy on street when we were there early May. Owner very helpful with instructions on entry and parking. Recommend taking the short walk to Academia - a student run restaurant in great setting with exceptional food at an incredible price.
Walk may be a bit long for some, but plenty of bakeries along route and pass by a wonderful public beach beside main hotel in area

The view from the apartment and the hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. They had reserved a space in the public parking area and were waiting for us when we arrived. We requested print outs during our stay and it was handled within minutes. The apartment was comfy and clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well furnished.
The apartment is a bit compact for a family of three.

Its a sea view apartment. Staff is very helpful and warm hearted, she helped us to find the dentist. Cozy and clean room, very easy to reach the centre with Uber, around 7 min. walking to the beach. Thanks for all the help and host, we will recommend to all of friends to stay here when they visit Dubrovnik.

The property was perfect for us, well equipped, The host Josipa was lovely and very helpful, she kept in contact via Whatsapp, gave us good suggestion where to eat and visit. Highly recommend the property.

Very clean, comfortable, designed with a lot of attention and good taste. New & comfortable furniture. Very well equipped (even spices available in the kitchen). Sea view all day long. Silent area (good sleep at night). About 20+ minutes on foot from the historical Dubrovnik center. A few minutes from a picturesque pebble beach (do not forget to swim into the cave) - get some sunshine and cool down to start the day. Around 100-200m to a small supermarket.
Easy communication with the owner who cares. Overall - highly recommended.
