Excellent Service by the entire Lesante Blue Staff from reception, to servers, bartenders, pool service and cleaning staff. The staff always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation. The food was amazing! The breakfast buffet offered everything imaginable including juices, water and bloody mary! LOVE that Lesante Blu it is for Adults only!

Beach service needs to be improved. It took very long to order drinks/food. The staff was not readily available to assist us with beach towels and seating. We would often bring our towels from the pool to dry off after ocean swim.

the breakfast spread is beyond amazing with so many fabulous choices. The infinity pool is breathtaking and refreshing, too! the property is well maintained and spacious. The true defining highlight which made the experience unforgettable is the superb customer service from every single employee at every moment of any day.

beautiful and enjoyable to stay ! the pool is spectacular and also it has a nice private beach on the hotel . the breakfast is another chapter that should be mentioned . simply great , the pastry is delicious and so many other options that you can stop to eat . wow ! the staff is great and tries to help you in any need you have .

Great hotel, rooms were luxurious and clean, the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. Everything was a 10. Our flight got delayed and they gave us another room for a late checkout which was so kind. By far the best hotel in Zakynthos. We will definitely be coming back to Lesante Blu.

We loved the staff, everyone was so happy, helpful and friendly - excellent service! Modern and clean hotel. Gorgeous infinity pool. Oh and the food, simply gorgeous food, faultless and plentiful!

Housekeeping was slightly amiss - not always fully stocked daily, milk, teabags and water but everything replenished immediately when a quick call made to housekeeping!

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely go back.

Accommodations The rooms seem to all have a sea-view, and are fitted with personal pool. Spacious, clean and serviced twice a day, we felt pampered and really taken care of. They even supplemented us everyday with our preferred Nespresso coffees. The view was breathless, and the gardens impeccably kept! Inside or outside, the staff was clearly engaged to keep the property in an outstanding state. The infinity pool and the beach where just breathtaking too. A true jewel in the Mediterranean! Fine dining The food is simply out of this world and has nothing to envy to some of the best French cuisine. A mix of local, fine and international food was available in the three restaurants and was always tasty and a discovery. And who would imagine that we would discover the best sushi’s we have had in Greece! The Melia restaurant and it’s special Menu days are culinary discoveries that are worth the journey. Top all of it with tables with a view and you have magical moments at eye and finger tip. Service and staff The staff and the management are doing an incredible job to make everyone feel just like at home or with friends. Nothing was too much for them to make our stay an incredible one. We love traditional Greek food and were a little disappointed not so see fried anchovies on the Menu. But that didn’t stop the staff and chef to go out their way to prepare the dish for us one night. Now that’s what many hotels have lost: complete service. We want to thank both the management and staff for their service but most importantly their kindness. They truly deserve their status of “Leading hotel of the World”

Beautiful hotel with stunning sea views, the beach is lovely and more like private. Perfect place for a romantic holiday / celebration. Enjoyed the sun set by a stunning pool deck restaurant with music performance in the background. Rooms are amazingly gorgeous (especially the ones with a private pool)! Staff is warm and friendly!

This resort is AMAZING! The rooms, décor, amenities, restaurant, pool, spa -- everything was PERFECT. The property is right on the beach -- which is narrow, but larger beaches are close. The best part of our stay was the friendliness and attentiveness shown by the employees -- who were like family by the end of our vacation.

The resort is a bit isolated -- and required many pricey taxi cab rides to get to the capital and other tourist attractions.

Amazing views , very peaceful location. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Food was outstanding . Alot of options to choose from. We will definitley return

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed at…staff was great

The last day of our stay was the final day that the resort was opened. That being said, they decided to turn off the air conditioning system for the season, making the only way to cool your room was to leave the sliding doors open, which under most circumstances would of been OK. That being said, what they failed to tell you was they have a tons of mosquitoes flying around. We were absolutely covered in bites the last two days of our stay…..not a good ending to our experience. suffice to say, if you stay there in October, make sure it’s not the last week they’re opened, you’ll be very disappointed…..

Hotel is clean, view is epic, staff is friendly . . . overall experience was more than ok , and we do have high expectations 😉 Upgrade from jacuzzi suite to honeymoon suite has been appreciated !

The breakfast served on a platter (daily 99% the same) instead of buffet is a bit easy an cheap for such high ranked hotel. Covid can not be the reason, other 5* hotels do organise a buffet. Our Private Yacht tour with Salty Yacht was on expensive side to be served only water, they could promote it more to offer for example a bottle of proseco and a snack in a quiet bay... this would cost the hotel 20 euros and this would lighten up the excursion ! PS Captain not to blaim he s amazing 🤩

Was a lovely hotel and we enjoyed our jacuzzi room. Bed was comphy and breakfast was delicious as well. Reception and breakfast waters were brilliant. Beautiful pooland great views

Pool area was just too crowded and the most ridiculous front sunbed "booking" situation ever. Basically people were getting up before 7a.m and wandering down in their pj's just in order to put their towel on the front sunbeds. I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were leaving their towels at midnight as well. We have stayed there for four nights and I got the front sunbed only once by pure accident. I don't sleep long so wandered down to watch the sunrise and i see all these people laying their towels and going back to their rooms...I didn't understand what is going on, but later in the day i realised that no matter how long you stay at the hotel you might never get to sit on the front sunbed if you like to sleep in, which is very unfair. Staff wasn't very attentive too, as some of the beds still had towels and empty glasses from the day before so its not really clear whether the sunbed is available or not...anyway i have never seen such situation in any hotel i have stayed at and for this reason I wouldn't choose this hotel again. As from the pictures it looks so calm like this perfect retreat but the reality is that is super crowded and some people don't even get a sunbed by the pool...

Infinity pool, lobster night meal, breakfast, tennis court and friendly staffs are all amazing.

We stayed in the room with private pool. The pool hardly get sunshine and not heated. I am not sure it is really value for money. It’s great facility but we are paying the similar amount of money in Santorini for the same chain hotel rooms seems to be bigger/character there.

The guests, a little bit rude

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and so clean. It’s location overlooking the sea is stunning. The staff are helpful and so friendly.

The half board dinner option didn’t have much choice so we went out for dinner every night and they don’t seem to have much entertainment in the evenings for guests.
