The house was nicely updated and clean. Location was good, close to some restaurants. Nice boardwalk area. Owner was slow to respond to some major issues. Had to call VRBO to help us on that. But issues were resolved timely and to our satisfaction.

Great location and nice place.

The house was perfect! My family came to visit from out of state and I wanted them to have a great beach house. Perfect location, walking distance to lots of activities and restaurants. The house was very nice and updated, and overall very comfortable for everyone. I’d highly recommend!

We picked this unit not knowing the area and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our oldest son has recently move to Costa Mesa and this was our first first from NC. We were able to walk to lunch’s and dinners. Beautiful views from windows and balcony. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

The saying, "when one door closes, another (better) one opens" was the best way to describe our stay. We are East Coasters and had booked a place in Laguna Beach that fell through, which potentially threatened our carefully planned trip. After our initial panic, we were fortunate to have found this lovely little gem and couldn't be more grateful that the first place was a bust. The condo was exactly as it looks in the photos -- clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. We are partial to minimalist decor and found the furnishings to be comfortable with a beach vibe, but not overdone. There was space to spread out yet it was fully equipped for all of our needs. The location was absolutely perfect as well, allowing us the opportunity to do our own thing or go out as a family with tons of restaurants, shops, and things to do by walking or a short drive. It was also easy to take several day trips to L.A., La Jolla, etc. The garage parking was a godsend especially since the street the condo is located on is a popular spot for beachgoers. It is a busy area, and there was an uptick of noise on Saturday night, but it wasn't a major concern or too much. Nicole was very responsive and it was easy to check in/check out. We loved Newport Beach, this lovely little condo, and hope to stay again in the future. We highly recommend!

Fantastic place! Magnificent 180 degree view of the beach. Garage parking was tight with a minivan rental, but having a parking spot was very nice in this busy area. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. We left a couple of boogie boards for the next guests. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

This condo is amazing, the photos do not do it justice! The beds were super comfy, the location was perfection! The garage parking was a smidge larger than most, washer & dryer, 3 bathrooms and the most amazing views! The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and was super clean!!! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!!!

Everything about this place and our stay was wonderful! You can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach and around the corner from all the restaurant action. It was so great walking in to a clean house. Beach chairs, toys, towels all provided. Garage was key! Check in and out was easy. We would definitely rent again!! Thank you, Nicole!

Great location right on the beach!

We came in just for the weekend and it was wonderful. The unit is just steps away from the Newport Pier. Parking is tough if you need to park on the street but they do have a garage available.

We stayed at this beautiful property both upstairs and downstairs. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend! Walk across the broadwalk and you are on the beach!

We had a great time at this house we rented the up and down because we had a family wedding at Laguna Beach. The house was perfect right on the beach close to restaurants coffee and a great place to walk or rent bikes. Everything was very clean -beds very comfortable and overall we had an absolutely wonderful experience.

Just a few blocks away from the action and noise right on 19th. Great spot. Unit has a great view of the beach. Highly recommend.

The location was great! right on the beach and a 5 minute walk to a variety of restaurants, donut shop and coffee shop. We brought our beach supplies with us, but there were beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels available. The three bedrooms were more than accomodating for 6 adults.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Could not ask for a better location, great views and walkable to restaurants, coffee, and shopping. Was also amazingly quiet considering it is right on the beach!

Our stay was very comfortable with a well supplied kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. There is some noise outside from the street and people leaving the nearby bar area at night, but was otherwise a great location.

We enjoyed our stay. Mother nature didn't totally cooperate but it was lovely nonetheless. Great lighting in the house with a wonderful kitchen. I was able to cook while entertaining...all the while enjoying the view. Location is great. We walked everywhere; to lido, to the wedge and back (5.6 miles). Nicole was a perfect host. Thank you
