Unreal location a stone's throw away from the beach and the bus into town at the other side of the hotel. Rooms were very nice and clean and the breakfast in the morning had an amazing selection. All staff we met were great.

Location - close to the beach and bus station. Friendly staff. When A/C in the room broke we were moved to another even bigger room and allowed to stay there for the rest of the stay.

The employees were friendly and very helpful. A really clean hotel( every day the room was cleaned), very good breakfast, closer to the beach, very good mattress.

The room was quite small and it was almost impossible to dry the swimsuits and the towels.

Roberta is the most friendly and helpful member of staff and she really made my trip. I highly recommend Villa Sveva.

The location is far from Cagliari but I understand that poetto is quiet at the moment because of Covid.

The staff members - Roberta, Fabrizio and all the others have been awesome and all the time smiling. They have been asking all the time if everything is fine and if we need anything. After delicious breakfast, they have offered us always delicious cup of coffee and given us advice and recommendations for travelling, trips, places to visit and many more. They even provided us with umbrellas for the beach when needed. There could not be more effort made from their side to make us feel like at home. The staff even booked for us the driver to take us to the port or the airport. The place is absolutely great located close to street food, 100 meters away from the beach and supermarket right behind the corner. The safety has been on a very good level and we have felt abaolutely safe when staying there. If coming back we would definitely go to this place again without any hesitation. Do not hesitate and book this place as well. Believe me, you will not regret that.

Very slow and unstable wifi connection when staying at villa apartment. The kitchen equipment has been very weak, basically, there has been no equipment to use so be prepared to bring aome on your own. Other than that there is really nothing to complain about. Even though they have mismanaged the booking of the first night and we have been forced to sleep in different (much smaller) room than we had paid for, they have provided us with the discount what has been really nice as things like this happen.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, booking us taxis and giving us advice on day trips/ beach visits by bus. They were also flexible with our early check in and helped us shower before our flight though we had already checked out.

Although the hotel is situated very near to the Beach (Poetto), Poetto beach in itself is extremely crowded and we regretted that a bit. For a 3 star hotel, the price was also quite high.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, but nothing exceeds how amazing the staff is! Roberta went above and beyond to help me when travel plans changed quickly for me. As it was difficult to get a taxi to the airport, a staff member was kind enough to take me early in the morning. I greatly look forward to spending time here again on my holiday next year. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!

Staff, location, food, cleanliness, facilities, list goes on

We had two rooms one had enough sized bathroom and another had extremely small with no price difference.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was centered between downtown cagliari and Poetto beach making it perfect for reaching either. Located on a relatively calm street, we were able to park a rented scooter easily and take off in the morning with relative ease.

Our room was technically two rooms connected to make the "one bedroom apartment." We were only provided one key, and had to ask multiple times to keep the power on in the adjacent room due to us only having the one key.

Lovely and efficient lady at the front desk for our welcoming. Confortable room overall for one-night stay.

Heater in our room was very noisy so we couldn't keep it on at night.

Super clean. Versatile breakfast, cosy appartment with a garden where you can sit and enjoy your time, everything was new and modern, super close to the beach bus stop or shopping mall. And last but not least the host was very friendly and always ready to help :) thanks a lot! Highly recommended.

The place is fairly clean and comfortable, the staffs are so friendly and helpful. we stayed for 2nights and we really enjoyed our experience at Villa Sveva. Highly recommended
