Excellent location near Villa d’este and historic centre. Lorenzo is a fantastic host, he went above and beyond with excellent communication, nothing was a problem. Croissant and coffee breakfast at cafe next door was perfect. Very clean, good facilities including tea, cold and sparkling water. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you!

The rooms were clean and had plenty of space for open luggage. The people were very helpful and went beyond to help us with anything we needed. The location is also perfect! Close to the main attractions and the main alley full of good restaurants. We would definitely go back!

The building where the B&B is located looks very old, and does not give a good first impression, but as soon as you enter the B&B, it all becomes better! The B&B looks renovated and very clean!

A great place to stay if you are visiting Tivoli, perfect location if you are hoping to visit the sites! The room was spacious and extremely clean, and the bathroom was updated with a wonderful shower. The balcony had a view of the fortress and a little table to have a cup of tea. There is a water dispenser in the common area, and the location was fantastic. Literally a three minute walk to the entrance of Villa d'Este and a four minute walk to the bus stop for Hadrian's Villa, and right off a bustling square. Villa Gregoriana park is a pleasant 15 minute walk through the center of the medieval part of town, which has cute shops and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and places for a cool drink on a hot day. The location is easy to find, the hosts were extremely nice and accommodating! I was able to leave my bags early and late, and they offered suggestions on where to eat, what to do, and local logistics. So kind! There is a lift and the AC worked wonderfully. Perfect spot to stay when exploring what Tivoli has to offer.

Loved everything about our stay. The rooms were very comfortable we actually loved it so much that we booked it again on our way back down from the Amalfi coast the second one we had was just a little bit bigger but the beds were comfortable clean Lorenzo was amazing and accommodating giving us recommendations for dinner and exploring the town of Tivoli is beyond our expectations. We are already planning a return trip.

wonderful b&b Lorenzo was excellent with communication fantastic location very modern and everything you need brilliant idea of chilled water (natural and frizzante) on tap in common area for guests. great suggestions of places to see and eat at breakfast very Italian no complaints as the pastries were the best I have seen maybe 2 are too many maybe option of juice instead of 1 pastry?

An excellent location combined with free parking B&B Castello is managed be a very helpful staff that can provide driving directions, local sight recommendations including restaurant suggestions. We had the best cannelloni in the world at a nearby restaurant called Pizzeria da Sandria. The B&B is well appointed including two electrical sockets on each side of the bed! The bed was firm, linens new and fresh along with a spotlessly clean bathroom. Our unit even had a balcony with a view of the castle.

Very pretty room with upscale decor. It looks like it was recently remodeled and upgraded beautifully. There were Nice towels, bedding and pillows. There was a teapot with teas, (no coffee, perhaps it was forgotten that morning?) and gorgeous balcony overlooking the castle. The host was easy to reach on WhatsApp or Apple Message. He provided a parking permit for the duration of our visit. Overall very nice and we'd love to return.
