Great apartment hotel near the city and close to the lake. Very clean and quiet. Check-in online before arrival. Nobody at the reception but only a phone call away. The keys where outside in a deposit box. Easy to find after talking to somebody on the phone. We got a parking space just outside the building which was great.

I never saw any staff members, but no issue for me.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Wifi was fast, and reliable so good if you are doing remote work. Great amenities.

A clean and comfortable apartment in a good location ~3km walk from the train station, with a choice of supermarkets and a tram stop at the top of the road. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay, the bed was large and comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Neither of the televisions had Netflix and the network access and screen-sharing facilities had been disabled, which meant as two English speakers we only had access to Swiss TV channels.

Location was excellent, with restaurants and 2 grocery stores right up the street, along with a tram stop. Apartment was a generous size and very clean.

Due to the holidays, there was no staff available in-house. Upon checking out, we accidentally left my daughter's coat in the room and could not retrieve it due to the locked door.

Bedroom and living room were not well lit Even though smart TVs were provided but I was not able to connect to any app or cast (screen mirroring) anything
