Διαμέρισμα στο δεύτερο όροφο πολυκατοικίας ευρισκόμενης σε κεντρικό δρόμο της πόλης. Διαθέσιμος χώρος σταθμευσης σε παρακείμενο (κοντινό) πάρκινγκ. Η συνεννόηση για το πάρκινγκ γίνεται με την οικοδέσποινα. Διαμερισμα πολύ άνετο για τα δυο άτομα που ήμασταν. Μπάνιο πάρα πολύ άνετο. Η ύπαρξη κουζίνας-ψυγείου επίσης πάρα πολύ βολική. Επίσης χώρος για να απλώσεις πετσέτες-ρούχα έξω από το παράθυρο της κουζίνας. Σε σχετικά κοντινή απόσταση, υπάρχει σουπερ μάρκετ.

Η έλλειψη ανελκυστήρα ήταν σημαντικο μειονέκτημα για μένα. Το διαμέρισμα μου ήταν στον δεύτερο όροφο. Η ώρα του check in -το οποίο γίνεται με συνάντηση με την οικοδέσποινα- ήταν πολύ αργά (16.30). Εφόσον διατίθεται κουζίνα, το να υπάρχουν και κάποιες πετσέτες για τα πιάτα και για τα χέρια θα ήταν ευχάριστο. Οπως επίσης και το να διατίθενται προϊόντα περιποίησης στο μπάνιο. Επίσης ανεπαρκής αριθμός κρεμαστρών για πετσέτες στο μπάνιο.

The location was good for reading Herculanium or Pompei because it was not too far from the train station. It had a nice big balcony, which although overlooking a main street, was interesting to watch the world go by... with almost no tourists in sight, just normal Italian life.

We booked for two bedrooms, but basically one (single) bed was in the large kitchen/living room. Furnishings were sparse and it was rather cold; admittedly we were there in December, but the large empty room never warmed up despite turning on the heat function of the air conditioner.

Spacious apartment with a good layout for a family (except for the bathroom door - you have to go through the "kids" room to get there). Air conditioning in both bedrooms was fantastic (and needed because of the heat wave). Good location for exploring Naples, Vesuvio, Pompeii (train station is 5 minute walk away, and the trains go to all three locations). A store is 10 minute walk away, so great. Parking lot (30eur for the whole week) was nearby.

Kitchen is a former balcony closed and rearranged into a kitchen and it gets very hot in the summer, AC from the rooms helps a little.

Very good location for Naples, Pompei, Vesuvius and Herculaneum. Close to beach, ‘Lido la Scala’. Good prices, friendly people. Some very nice restaurants in the area. We asked for ice trays and they arrived We asked to stay on an extra hour on departure, no problem Everything was good.

Guests should be aware that ( in our apartment) to access the bathroom from the main bedroom you have to go through the second bedroom and the sliding doors are noisy Not a real problem if you are a close family.

We roamed the entire region by train, bus and metro, from Paestum to Caserta, Cuma to Pompeii and Napoli, and Nonacettyhouse was the perfect base, just 150 meters walk to the Circumvesuviana station. Marina was very kind and helpful. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. We rented four apartments on the same floor for the entire family. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. They have a small kitchen, shutters to keep the heat out and a balcony. Torre del Greco has everything you need: nice restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and lots of supermarkets. We walked out of the town straight up to the top of Mount Vesuvius and halfway you are in the middle of nowhere surrounded by beautiful wild nature, away from all the city noise. Everything turned out exactly as we wanted. Couldn't wish for anything else.

The host was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment. Very clean and tidy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay
