Mancavano delle coperte calde, bagno gelido perché pompa di calore scalda principalmente la stanza ( scalda il bagno solo se si lascia la porta del bagno aperta); cuscini un po’ vecchi

The Second Floor is actually a fourth Floor!

The Hoist Roberta was very nice and very helpful. Property was very clean with walking distance to city center and train station. Morning coffee and breakfast well organized in very clean dining room. Definitely recommend this place!

Very cute hotel, rooms are decorated with love. Hotel manager is a really lovely person. She was always ready to help, adviced us regarding interesting places to visit, organised shuttle to the airport. The location is perfect to visit Vesuv, Pompei, Herculaneum. Not far away from Neapel. Relaxing atmosphere at surrounding area. It was a big pleasure to stay at Insula!

The only difficulty we had was a shower. It was necessary to get used to regulate the water temperature. Nevertheless it hasn't spoiled our impression of the hotel and our holidays.

Very kind and helpful host, her english is excellent, she always responded in very short time and helped us with everything we needed. Thank you, Mrs Roberta for having us.

Maybe only the dining room cold be bigger, apart of that - everything was great.
