Clean, minimal, comfortable, good location, pretty close to the city centre. Very nice shower. Good value for the money. Self check-in is very convenient.

It was in a quite busy street, so there was a lot of noise during the night and in the morning, which woke us up a bunch of times. Also, we could not turn TV on, the remote was new to us and for some reason there was no way for us to turn on the TV with it. Also, the TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night and gave me a mini heart attack :) no big deal though

The location was great! Walking distance to everything. The bed was huge and quite comfy! Would stay there again :)

The room is slightly smaller than I thought and it was basically the attic. But overall it was alright because we didn't spend much time in the room.

Room was a good size and very clean. Very comfortable bed and good location. Really enjoyed our stay. Fridge in room which was handy. Good size bathroom and excellent shower.

Would have loved a kettle. Think it would be a good addition to the room.

It’s on the third floor of a building and the entrance area is dark, which didn’t feel the safest coming back late at night as a solo traveller. Is slightly out of the centre but given Verona isn’t large, the walk wasn’t an issue

Extremely clean, stylishly furnished, hotel-style apartment with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and air conditioning. There are a small refrigerator, glasses and plates. A very good place to explore the old town of Verona on foot. There is a minimarket nearby. Convenient access to public transport and self check-in/check-out. Very nice cleaning lady. Thank you for a pleasant stay and the opportunity to leave our luggage. We really liked Verona and Piano Tre as well. We would like to come back.

We are sorry that we only had the opportunity to stay at Piano Tre for one night, because the other nights we needed were already booked. If there was an opportunity to do laundry and an iron, it would be fantastic.

A lovely modern room with good facilities in the middle of Verona, with lovely hosts.

Last check in is stated as 8pm but they now have a key box so it could have been any time and we could have arrived later

Location convenient to the historical core

Noise. The unit was very noisy from street noise. The pillows were uncomfortable but it seems to be what Italian hotels now use. Something more akin to baby mattresses than pillows.

The room is of good size, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and flexible with the time of the check in. The location is excellent, you are 5 minutes away from the historical centre but you pay way less than you would if you were in the touristy places! Also, amazing water pressure in the shower :).

The street is a bit noisy, but the windows block it well.

the location in Veronetta is just perfect, the room was very clean. nice neat design, the bed was comfortable.

Poor value for money. I found it overpriced for what is offered. It is more of a hostel like experience with self check in, a small room, poor toiletries (no shampoo or soap, just a hand washing soap dispenser), no complimentary water. Poor insulation between rooms. You would expect better services for the price charged. I was also very disappointed with the genius discount offered that sounded like pure scam: proposing the original cost at 250 euro and the genius deal down to 90 euro is not plausible as the room package value was hardly worth 90 euro. Booking you can do much better!

Rooms was clean and tidy . apart from rest of all the factors are below average .
