The location was good for what I needed. The bed was good too. The kitchen had sufficient equipment to be able to cook.

The photos of the property are very misleading. Nowhere did it mention that the photos were of 3 different apartments, and from the description, I did expect an apartment with sun terrace and open doors out to the garden. The first photo in booking.com is showing a lovely lounge/kitchen and I booked, thinking this is the property I had booked. When I arrived, the owner told me that photo was only their logo and the photos of the apartment I was getting was some of the following photos. A logo should not be presented as the apartment you book, and I was very disappointed to find myself in a small and dark basement flat. The smell in the flat was also not great and the shower was not cleaned properly. I also had to clean the flat myself before leaving or I would have to pay 500 NOK. I at least cleaned the flat well so the next guests will find it spotless. I will never book here again.

Wonderful time we enjoyed and comfortable apartment its very nice enough facility a flexible & good service . We will hope come back again .

It was spacious and clean

The photo above is not of the suite we rented. We were NOT informed, in advance, of additional fees (bedding, parking and cleaning) that we were obliged to pay. We were also not informed that shoes shouldn’t be worn inside, or that the stove shuts down when certain high temperatures are met, so we were unable to cook a planned meal. We suggested to the owner that having this latter information posted would have been helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hinna Paradise, the flat was well equipped and Zia was a pleasant host. In the area compared the other opportunities it's really worth every Crown. Hope to have the chance in the future to visit again.

it was clean

the host has several rentals, only some of the images are from the apartment we stayed at. it was a basement level, one of the rooms had a window that was broken and could not be opened. (host said it will be fixed after our departure.) we had to ask for garbage bags, dishwasher tablets and dishes soap. there was a very limited set of dishes so we had to wash them after every meal.

This is a double-story house with 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and one downstairs) that can host 6 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with a big fridge, a 4-hot plate stove, an oven, a coffee machine, a dishwasher. There are a lot of pans, plates, glasses and cutlery etc to cook a meal. There is a big living room with a TV and another TV in the landing upstairs. The beds are comfortable. There are two bathrooms: a small one downstairs, and a big one upstairs with a shower and a bath tub. The house located in a lovely, very quiet neighborhood not far from the center of Stavanger. There is a parking available (for an additional fee), as well as a washing machine and a drier. The owner lives just next door so he was available on our arrival and on our departure.

The house was perfect, but I did not like that the owner was trying to charge us for everything: bedsheets, towel, parking (which is literally his own property), and even the Booking.com fee that he has to pay... I was surprised that I had to pay for the final cleaning as well, as I did not remember this from the booking. There was an option to pay for the cleaning (100 Euro) or clean the house ourselves. So we decided to clean it ourselves as we had time. But I find this option disturbing because I don't want people staying in the house to clean it before my arrival. It's not a proper cleaning that should be done after the house is vacated. The owner should include the cleaning in the price, on my opinion, instead of asking the guests to clean it. Other than this we were happy with the choice.

The location is perfect, next to a wonderful beach. Not far from big supermarkets. The bethrooms are small but the kitchen and the bathroom fantastics

Everything. The location, the cleaning, the equipment. Though It has one problem the need to change the garden chair and also the downstairs chair's they are old and out of use.

The apartment is in the basement, with very little light coming in. Also, we were charged $30 extra for lenins/towels and $20 for the parking, so be aware of the extra cost. The place is not very close to attraction and need a car.

The property was a two-bedroom apartment complete with a functional kitchen and a living room with flat screen television. Parking was available on-premise although not free of charge. The host, Zia, was good to talk to and he helped us with some sugar when we asked. Location was all right and the bed was comfortable to sleep on.

The kitchen lacked a lot of things - there was no oil, salt, pepper and the like. There was a coffee machine but neither any coffee nor coffee filters. There also weren't any kitchen tissues at our disposal. When a property offers a kitchen one expects certain things to come with it but in this case it was just an empty kitchen. Bathroom didn't have any toiletries except for a bottle of handwash. Ours definitely DID NOT have a hot tub as mentioned in the description. The biggest jibe I have with the property/host is that we were apparently supposed to leave the house looking as clean as when it was handed to us otherwise we were liable to pay cleaning costs. This was absolutely mentioned nowhere under house rules. We did clean the house reasonably, as one does upon checking-out. The host attempted to strike a bargain by not charging us for cleaning provided I wrote a nice review here. Well, I am neither paying nor writing anything less than my own, personal experience so there's that.

For me there was everything I expected, nice interiors, clean and fully equipped kitchen and rooms. We had to pay for parking and towels but it was mentioned in this offer. Very helpful host. Definitely I recommend this płace.

There was no duch thing

The apartment was very spacious with two livingrooms. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a bathtub. There was little sound from the street and the location suited us well.

The apartment was not very clean and the kitchen might be better equipped in terms of glasses, cutlery etc. I prefer to see the final price when I book online and if there are additional costs like in this case, I prefer that to be very very clear in the description of the apartment.

1. owner was not at home at the agreed time of arrival. I had to wait 20 minutes outside in a very cold and snowy weather. 2. apartment was very cold on arrival There is no sound isolation whatsoever between the basement flat (which I rented) and the ground level flat (above the flat I rented). so you hear every single noise, voice the residents above me made. It's hard to sleep in such an environment. mattresses were dirty, It makes you sick to the stomach (see photos) extra price for bed linen is outrageous for the poor bed linen given (see photo) very old appliances in the kitchen (see photos) you have to pay extra for bed linen, towels and for cleaning (or bring your own and clean yourself) considering the quality and the location, price should be 50% cheaper but I would still not return due to health concerns about the bed hygiene.

We booked a six beds apartment, we got a 4 beds basement. Owner gave us an extra mattress and wanted to charge 400 nok for the bed sheets. The basement we got is not shown anywhere in the advert.
