The apartment is located in the central (Old Town), the main sights and supermarkets (Billa, Spar) are within walking distance. The host is very kind, she was already waiting us with the keys, she told us every information we needed to know, helped us to find cheap parking, and good restaurants. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment is spacious, modern, the kitchen is equipped with everything, Nespresso machine, microwave, etc.

Excellent apartment! Warm welcome from our hosts on arrival and easy communication through the week of our stay. Spotlessly clean (you know that wonderful experience of walking into an apartment and it smells of clean sheets and soap!), super comfy bed. Even nicer than the photos!

The wifi wasn’t super strong; at ~10mbps it was fine for leisure (browsing, Netflix etc), but for two people to work from the apartment on zoom it wasn’t quite industrial enough! If you’re planning to work from here as we did, BYO additional mobile broadband.

The location and facilities of the apartment very surprisingly good. The owner/host were very helpful and checked up the day after if everything were ok. Would definitely come back if I were to visit Graz again.

The host was very helpful before, during and after our arrival. She was very responsive to our questions, flexible with check-in/check-out and checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The apartment is a stone throw from the main square and large enough to accommodate a family of 4, with all necessary amenities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The apartment is on the top (5th) floor without elevator which may be a challenge for many people. But the host mentions that clearly in the ad so it’s not a surprise.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was right in the middle of Graz, so everything was nearby and convenient. Connie, the apartment owner, was an extremely good host. I was having difficulty figuring out how to get to a meeting outside of town on a Sunday when public transportation wasn't running, and she helped me to problem-solve it. I shared her solution with the rest of the group, and so she helped 3 or 4 other attendees with her suggestion as well. Then halfway through the week, she texted me to let me know about a couple of fun activities going on in Graz during my stay. I took her up on going to a festival and it was a lot of fun. I really appreciated the extra care she gave to help make my trip a good one.

The apartment is on the top floor of a building with no elevator, so if stair-climbing is a problem for you, this wouldn't be the place for you. However, the stairs were wide and easy to climb and there were interesting things to see on each landing, so it really wasn't difficult.
