The location is fantastic - within walking distance of everything and the view of the Opera House is lovely. The apartment is big and had everything we needed. They provided all the basics - toilet paper, dish washing liquid, dishwasher pods, coffee pods, soap etc. The heating is also perfect and there’s a lift.

The beds and bedding could be improved, and the sleeper couch, but we aren’t too fussy. There were no dish towels in the kitchen, so we couldn’t dry any dishes.

It is a large and spacious property in a central location in Vienna, right across from the Opera House. So it is ideally located for just about everything in central Vienna. There is an elevator and the building itself if very nice. Overall it is a nice apartment.

The kitchen is woefully under-equipped. Everything essential is there, but the utensils are all of the cheapest variety available (I'd be surprised if any of them cost more than 1 Euro). That makes it just impractical to attempt any real cooking in the kitchen. So the apartment will work well if you just want to fry an egg occasionally, but not if you're planning to actually cook - unless they improve them, of course. We were also only given one key, which created a ridiculous need to coordinate who would be home first, since we weren't all going to the same places. We asked on arrival for more than one key, but were told there was only one. We then tried again the next day, and finally got a second key on the 5th day of our 7 day stay. Hopefully this too is better arranged in the future.

The location and flair was great. Everything was in walking distance and super easy to reach. The girl who gave us the keys was nice and patient when we arrived a little late because of traffic. The apartment had beautiful light and view of the opera house. The elevator was helpful as we had a small child with stroller with us. Very comfortable beds. Coffee machine was great.

very dirty furniture and rug. The chairs were shaky in the dining room. Overall it looked like the people before us had partied too hard and ruined the furniture with either blood or chocolate stains. We had to cover the furniture with sheets to sit on it because we were a bit grossed out.

Location is superb! You can see opera from most of the windows of the apartment! The building is very nice! No noise from neighbours Ideal for 3-4 adults with a kid! Free Coffee capsules for first two days of your stay.

Some furniture was a bit broken or had heavy stains No salt and sugar (we've bought salt and Agava sirup and left in the kitchen , so next guests won't have such issues) Absence of a sharp knife (at least medium or long one) it was very difficult to cut the watermelon with the existing one. Another thing to mention is extremely soft mattress. That felt unusual especially during first two night. Those who prefers hard mattress could be disappointed. Hope to receive refund of the 500euros deposit soon (as of 36 hours after check-out the deposit was not returned yet)
