It’s a very pretty and excellent property. Location is very good and near to assi ghat

1) The location- Close to Assi Ghat and Godowlia/Kashi Vishwanath Temple (both 12-15 mins by auto on either side of the road on which Rose Heritage is located. 2) The setting- architecture, room layout, amenities, bathroom design and fittings, cleanliness, staff behaviour and courtesy 3) Value for money- Slightly on the expensive side when compared to other hotels, but for what one gets, one doesn't feel being overcharged 4) Ease of parking vehicle- We had travelled in our car and were able to park it for 3 nights next to the entrance of the property. 5) What you see is what you get- The property and amenities look exactly they appear in the photos

1) Food variety- We stayed for three nights and on the fourth day of our stay (third breakfast), we wished we had something else to eat. The property has two options for breakfast- kachori sabzi with dahi (Puri-Vegetables-Curd) and Continental (bread toast, butter, cornflakes, tea, coffee). We understand the limitation of not having a fully equipped kitchen but we feel that having an option of a variety in the breakfast can be incorporated, at least for guests staying longer. The property just have to establish relationship with another food vendor/restaurant and get breakfast from there just like they do for the existing Indian brekfast option.

Located on car accessible road which made it easier access for my elderly father , friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was available , had water kettle making it easier for consumable hot water . Closer to some Beautiful interiors !

The shower was not leveled and caused the water to accumulate in the shower making it challenging to for my elderly father . Would be nice if a simple customizable lunch and dinner were provided at extra cost per meal ordered atleast for the senior citizens.

Staff are so nice and friendly. The room is very clean, wide and beautiful. The bathroom is very luxury but the shower water is too weak.

Rooms were very dark with not much natural light. No tv which as I solo traveller I like. Room wasn’t cleaned, or bed made, or towels changed in the 3 nights I stayed there. This is fine with me as I don’t feel the need but others might not like this.

Excellent small family owned hotel, which gives you the comfy feeling of home in the superbusy city of Varanasi. The location of the hotel, near Assi ghat made our experience of Varanasi more accessible. Staff is extraordinary and friendly, attending to every need you bring to their attention. Also, it's a very budget friendly place, definitely worth the money.

Best was the wonderful and kind staff of the hotel. They made us feel at home and helped us with all our requests. Even when we asked to move our room, they were so accommodating and kind. The location was very good. The room was large and very clean and the hot water and shower were fantastic. The room had a nice big bed. Loved the teas and water left for us in the room. Beautiful antiques everywhere and thoughtful touches. Very special place.

In the room downstairs the bed was very very hard, so we had to change. The front facing rooms are quite loud (on the street side) but with earplugs it was tolerable at night. Real coffee and some fruit would have been nice at breakfast, as the selection was otherwise pretty basic.

This place is a real gem! Can't recommend it enough. It's clean, beautiful and the decor of the room is pretty stunning with some lovely antiques. Staff is super kind and courteous. They organised us a boat trip at dawn that was unforgettable.

An oasis in the heart of Varanasi. So much attention to detail and super duper clean. very comfortable and perfect to get back to after a day out in Varanasi. Location is great, so close to the ghats. Loved it and surely recommend. Price is not cheap but the standards are high hence well worth it

Very interesting rooms, colorful and absolutely clean. large bathroom. All 5 rooms are different but all very nice.

There is no common area to chill. But then this is a vintage house on a busy street converted into boutique hotel.

The atmosphere of the property was one of calm and serenity. The beds were invitingly comfortable and the room was even better than what we anticipated. Great service from the staff!!

The only concern was the vegetarian breakfast, that we weren't aware was bought from outside, which was so good we wanted another serving of. We were blatantly informed the second breakfast would be charged even though the breakfast charges were included in our tariff. To the owners, please make sure you clarify something like this beforehand. That small incident left an unwanted taste in the mouth.
