Toilet was not clean moreover flesh wasn't working.
Room was not spacious enough as presented in the pictures. Overall experience was not good. Not recommending.

we had gone to Ooty and on our return we had booked overnight stay at Coimbatore.
Our son became ill and we needed to check in so he can have something to eat have medicine and sleep off.
Tried desperately to contact property but could not as the response was pathetic. hence checked in Radission.
no proper response. unable to get thru to reception. numbers given all directed to different operators.

Area with no fresh air .water salty (for bathing etc). No hot water in the morning. Walk about 250 metres for food.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at FabHotel Reghu Residence in Coimbatore near Aravinda Hospital. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that I encountered during my stay.
Firstly, the photo of the hotel given in my booking.com reservation seemed to be fabricated, as the room was not as big as shown in the picture. Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find that the toilet was in a very bad condition and was not at all clean. The water in the toilet seemed salty, and the closet was also not clean. To add to this, I couldn't even take a bath as the water in the toilet was also salty.
Additionally, the check-in process was not smooth at all. While booking the room, I was not informed that both mine and my wife's ID cards would be required for check-in. This led to an unnecessary delay and inconvenience. Furthermore, even though I had mentioned my early check-in in my booking on booking.com, I was asked to pay an additional Rs. 800 for the same, which was not mentioned before.
Overall, my experience at your hotel was extremely disappointing, and I expected much better from a hotel of your reputation. The issues that I faced during my stay have left a negative impression on me, and I would not recommend FabHotel to any of my friends or family. I hope you take immediate action to address these issues so that no other guest has to face such problems in the future.
