Great location. Secure parking. Great communication. Easy self check in/out. Comfortable bed. Standard appliances. Thanks for the TimTams, beer, water, coffee sachets & teabags. Suggest you add a few small capsules of milk to the welcome package.. Would have loved a cup of tea when I arrived.

One air conditioner for entire Unit located between kitchen-lounge. No air con in main or second bedroom but one pedestal fan was available. Walk in shower has no shelf so have to put toiletries on floor. Not good when you have a back problem. Maintenance required on main bedroom cupboard. One cupboard would not slide.. Old and uncomfortable outdoor furniture. The smallest TV I've experienced in a rental unit/airbnb. For the price I was expecting a luxury unit in a great location. Just too many small things combined make it not value for money for me....and I travel a lot.

Perfect ocean views. Underground parking, lift, swimming pool, fully equipped two bed apartment. Two toilets and one being a fine en-suite sized bathroom. Main bedroom has fantastic ocean views and a big balcony with the same.

The skylight in bedroom 2 is directly over one of the beds shining bright light early in the morning. The shutters also don’t keep the outside lights from making the room too bright at night.

- Amazing beach front view! - Exceptional location - walking distance to beach, cafes, restaurants, public transport, supermarket, pharmacy etc - Free, secured, covered onsite parking - Really nice and clean swimming pool, pool chairs & a sauna

- Cleanliness below standards (very dusty, hairs in shower recess, balcony not swept, glass balustrade on the balcony had water marks, not properly cleaned) - 2nd bedroom had a skylight which couldn't be "closed" during the day. Very bright in the room very early in the morning - Exhaust fan on a timer during most of the day, no way to turn it on or off - Old and dated tiles, old looking grey cushions/flat as a pancake, very rusty outdoor setting (it could definitely be replaced) - Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner pretty cheap looked like it was there just to tick the box), some of the toilet paper roles were good quality but it was mixed in with some very thin, cheap rolls Description of "luxury apartment" on booking.com may be overstated

Great location, ocean views, comfortable and clean. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants, bottle shop close by, beautiful beach and walking paths. Owners/managers friendly and helpful and easily contactable to ask questions etc. They also allowed flexibility after booking initially and covid changing our plans, so we were impressed with how they handled our situation. Also, promptly delivered a hairdryer in request.

Unfortunately, the apartment next door had occupants who smoked so if wafted into our apartment which was very unpleasant. I guess that can’t be helped but other than that, our stay was perfect.

This property is in a great location with access to very convenient parking.

The bathroom fan comes on automatic ally and stays on although not when you’re in the shower.... a little confusing! Nothing major
