The Rooms were very spacious and the property is surrounded by lots of greenery and is very quite. A perfect place to relax. Hot & Cold water was available around the clock. In house food menu was very good and very delicious.

The quality and presentation of the food at Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner was excellent. The staff was very humble and caring and very forthcoming with suggestions to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Property is surrounded by rice fields and many small restaurants all around

They upgraded us from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom villa. It was amazing, so quiet, pool was awesome. Highly recommend. Staff were attentive, and looked after us so well.

The street is very dark with no light at all. We went out for dinner very near by and found the street so dangerous to walk back, especially with kids/ elderly. No hot water in wash basin

I can't imagine there is a better villa near Ubud. We chose this one because it was just 5 minutes outside of the hustle and noise of central Ubud, so it was a peaceful oasis, yet very close to town. The staff...especially Dody and Wayan were so gracious and helpful. The villa is spotless, spacious, and very private. The breakfast and other meals were very good, they arranged a wonderful driver for our excursions. We loved this place!

The best staff ever !! Most helpful, humble and courteous staff who attended to our every request. Budi, Dudi, Ayu, Dayu, Komang, Niti and the housekeeping staff are an asset to Sativa villas and we look forward to meeting them again. The food is great to and good value for money. The location is excellent and very close to the city centre. The staff are happy to arrange taxis whenever you need them and also run free shuttle services to the city centre several times a day.

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were excellent with the kids and they made sure that we as a family were having a good time. The villa was well maintained and comfortable.

A full length mirror was missing. A few pool toys for kids. the villa was slightly away from the town center - there are pros and cons for this, But overall the location is fine for what it offers.

The staff was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. The space was very large and comfortable. The breakfasts were served promptly and were very delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful.

At times the WiFi did not work. As an elderly person with problems with mobility, I did have difficulty going up and down the stairs, but it would be no problem for a younger person.

The employees of the Sativa Villas were exceptionally helpful and kind. I would like to mention Dodhy, Budi and Komang but also all the others were great. They really do their best to help the guests in every way they can. We really enjoyed our stay and we would strongly recommend this structure if you plan to stay in Bali and in particular in Ubud. You can find many restaurants at walking distance in case you want to eat outside, but also the structure offers special dinners as well as a la carte lunches/dinners which we enjoyed a lot as well. The villas are very nice, well designed and super comfortable each one with its own private pool. We would love to come back one day.

There is nothing we did not like to be honest. The structure is at 3 km from Ubud city centre so not walking distance but they do offer a shuttle service multiple times a day. The positive side of the location is that it is away from Ubud centre which is always very busy and noisy.

The property is beautiful, a little out of town, amongst rice fields, our villa was great, a comfortable space, the manager Komang, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, I learnt a little about Bali culture from Komang. Shuttle service into town is very convenient, breakfast and afternoon tea delivered to our villa. We really enjoyed our time there.

Our villa was situated next to the road, although this was not a problem, ideally, all the villas would be further away from the road.

Services restored around 9.30am and it was too late for me to checkout already. Staff apologised

beautiful property and lovely rooms. beds are super comfy. very spacious layout and well looked after. best bit however are the people. they made our stay very special!

it was a fair way out of town but which was both good and bad. it was made up for by the free shuttle bus however. about 15 mins into town.

this place is designed beautifully! it gives you privacy in the bustling town of ubud. it gives you your own kitchen. it’s spacious and the people running it are SO nice.
