There was no tea bags and coffee in the morning... it was chargeable.. i found lizard in room and bathroom window was not lockable. Also restaurant staff were not able to make it on time.. we ordered ghee rice (which came very late )for kids which was having green chilly... how come kids eat ghee rice with chilly. Later they changed it but took more than expected...

Good, big room. Separate entry gate for lower floor rooms so that we could take our car right upto room. Prompt service. We're strict vegetarians who do not eat onion, garlic. Food dishes as per our requirements were prepared without any hassle.

We were a family and had requested 2 rooms together. However 1 room provided was at the far East of the hotel and the other far west.
Requested an upgrade..../downgrade.. anything to be together but they just would not accomodate

The location was amazing. The property is well located and well connected.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well built.
The restaurant food for lunch and dinner is good quality.
The restaurant - staff are less than the kind of crowd it gets, breakfast is a very small and bland buffet and there is very less management of the waiting time.
The food is decent and the waiters are polite.

Unmarried couples are not allowed as per their policies, but they do not mention in the booking.com policies and after payment deduction from credit card, they'll inform you over email and phone and will not do any refund. Even booking.com will not help you because they are not ready to lose their commission and partnership in these kind of frauds.
