Owner's behavior

Whole stay is good. Needs to provide mineral water. Also free coffee or tea inside as to bear with whether. Also try to provide number of towel depends on occupants.

Lunch and dinner at Hotel Mayura valley view Just 2 minutes distance

Owner is so helpful, the area is near by the town.. It's value for money

It would have been great if the room is serviced better on the second day of stay

Location of the property is good

Room cleaniless, blanket, toiletries was not as per the expectations.

Location is reachable to anywhere and close to Madikeri stand. Hence swiggy is available if ordering food except breakfast which we opted as complementary. Me and husband only were there, and the house was really sufficient loaded with plates, kettle, induction, etc. Wine bottles, filter coffee packets were there, which we can buy and do payment to Prince number. For sightseeing and jeep ride also, Prince arranged for us which was good especially the drivers were polite and good behavior. The caretaker Vijendar helped us even to drop us to KSRTC stand after checkout.

Had to pay entire balance amount soon after you check in which I am seeing for the first time. Everywhere the amount is paid or balance is settled at the time of checkout. No bill receipt, no invoice. We did PhonePe to Prince's number. Advance booking by paying token amount for Jeep as well as car even before reaching Coorg.

The location the ambience and the calm environment

The size of bed was very small and if we will get some utensils and cutlery in the home stay experience would have been better
