Was clean and tidy. Had all the amenities required to stay. John was delightful to deal with and had clear communications throughout which was great. Just felt like staying at home. Definitely recommended.

非常好的房子，设施非常齐全，且环境也很好。厨具也很齐全，还有厨房纸和烘焙纸。柜子里还有购物袋，方便去超市购物。房子背后200-300米处就有一个超市，非常非常方便购买食材后回住处做饭。超市对面还有一个小小的面包店它的肉桂面包很好吃。对于中国胃来说，在这里做的蒜蓉炒菜是这趟旅程中的最佳料理。入住当天12点之后就可以停车，隔天也可以停到中午12点。还是推荐这个房子哦。 但尼丁是建在山坡上的城市，上下坡很多，从房子走到主要的景点如市政厅教堂奥塔哥大学回程需要走很多上坡，体力不佳的人回程建议坐巴士。

洗澡的水流比较小，建议增大水压。

Lovely little house / bug apartment. Very clean and well appointed. We loved the little touches of providing a few extra things.

Everything I may have liked was diffused by the utterly despicable words I received from the hosts on my departure. Most ungracious hosts and most distasteful place I visited in my entire life.

Host called me out in the most degrading way on unnecessary things like requesting for assistance with the netflix access and wifi details and clarifying balance payable. Host gave me 3 options to pay. Option of calling me and taking my credit card details over the phone to make payment. I was not comfortable with this option as it is a security risk to provide my credit card details including my CVV number to someone I don't know. This is also against booking.com policy as indicated on the site itself given the security risk. When I chose the PayPal option host incorrectly typed in the wrong email address and then called me out again by saying I provided the wrong email address. The cleaning fee of 80 NZ dollars was not clearly visible to me on booking. At payment stage when I queried it, host indicated that the rate excluded the cleaning fee. I went back into booking.com to confirm, and once confirmed, I immediately agreed to pay the full amount payable with no disagreements. Lastly, we washed up dinner plates, glasses but not the pot and pan that we used and about 2 to 4 other utensils We had an early start the next morning and I had to get the kids to ready. Host sent me a picture of the unwashed utensils indicating that this was concerning and that the unit should have been left in the same condition as it was provided. I would never want someone to experience the harsh, degrading and condescending words I received. It was totally unwarranted. We paid a 213 NZ dollars for the accomodation which is a fair price. My family and I were made to feel as if we were beggars who were granted a hand out in the form of a free nights accomodation at the mercy of the hosts who felt they could dish out worlds like this to us. So saddened and disappointed by the hospitality and the service received. I wish I never booked this place. I would have been saved from feeling this way.
