A localização do hostel é excelente, bem no centro histórico, e ele possuí ótimo custo x benefício por possuir café da manhã ainda incluso na tarifa.

la ubicacion es buena esta en todo el centro de santa marta, cerca a la bahia, si quieres estar cerca al rodadero esta no es la mejor opcion

no me gusto la atención del personal, especificamente una señora de la recepción super grosera, no realizaba ningun favor, queria una cama adicional para mi papa y no fue posible, entonces decidi cancelar la reserva y no me dieron ninguna respuesta , les escribi, llame al numero que aparece en la pagina esta apagado, no me atendieron, no hubo ayuda por parte de nadie pesimo servicio , a la final la reserva quedo y nunca nadie me atendio

La ubicación es excelente. Tenía el desayuno incluído en mi caso. Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y pileta. Baño dentro y fuera de la habitación.

Sabanas y fundas viejas. Colchón hundido. Mi locker estaba roto, tuve que pedir que lo arreglen. Le falta mantenimiento aunque se ve que van arreglando y mejorando algunas cosas. Podrian agregar un lugar con aire para pasar el tiempo de modo que la gente no se encierre en la habitación. También un lugar para trabajar sería ideal.

Midden in het centrum, lekker afkoelen in het zwembad. Wij hadden een ruime tweepersoonskamer met balkon op de gezellige winkelstraat.

We gebruikten wel oordoppen tegen het lawaai tijdens de nacht.

Très bon endroit pour découvrir le centre historique. Le personnel est super sympa et toujours là pour vous aider ! Des activités proposées tous les jours (Carlos❤️)

Good location, fair price, good staff also.

Too loud, hard to sleep depending on where your bed is located (mine was just close to the window, and the streets are very loud, even at 3AM). They don't have hot water on the showers, but honestly not needed, the city is really hot, just something to think about if you don't like cold water.

Rooms can be smelly, better ventilation should be implemented. They can paint the walls as there are some very dirty.

Your extremely close to some great places to eat. And have access to a kitchen to cook your own food. The beds were comfortable and room I was in had a great balcony view.

I was there for 5 days and there was constantly a worker in an active room working in them. Regardless of people sleeping or getting ready. It was a bit annoying bcus you werent able to sleep in due to the noise. I also wish there was better way to store your belongings. Everyone just kept their bags open and in the walk way because the storage was too small an unreliable. Then when a bunch of people checked out it was be cleared until the next bunch of people came in and did the same things.

Great location within the walled city.

The staff wasn't very helpful, the hostel is very noisy, specially at night, and with the street noise it is impossible to sleep. I booked for several nights and after my second night I realized I couldn't stay there, I told them I would stay 2 more nights and to please refund the rest. They asked why, I said I wasn't comfortable and could not sleep. The receptionist rolled his eyes and said that a refund was not possible. I booked another place immediately after and left. Horrible experience but a good lesson on booking too many nights at a hostel I don't know.

sheet draped over bar that falls off was privacy curtain. bathroom dirty and no space to hang items. Loud rooms, layout and design didn’t make for nice ambience. not as good as Santa Marta one

the rooms are way too hot . there is aircon but it does not feel like it works. the staff did get mini fans for us what was really nice ! slept much better with these . rooms are nice and spacious !

I enjoyed the upstairs yoga class and relaxing area. It was a good location and there was a fun variety of activities.

Very good location, and the dorm 'capsules' offered more comfort and privacy than most dorms. Nice hangout areas, especially the pool and the terrace. Tasty breakfast.

To me it wasn't the most inspiring place. It's a party hostel and most of the activities are alcohol-related. There's yoga on the terrace but I didn't enjoy the style of it - very military and not at all relaxing. Also definitely overpriced for a dorm.
