Beautiful place, excellent room with a great view.

Our stay did not include breakfast but there were plenty of places to get food. Carolina and Nicola were an absolute pleasure to know! They were both more than accommodating and so kind. Loved the house and it's location. Felt like home during our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved the beautiful view of the town (Comune) of Cassino. We loved the very comfortable accommodation. We loved the friendliness, helpfulness and warmth of hosts Nicola and Carolina. The location is great, down the mountain from the famous Monte Cassino Abby but within walking distance of good and affordable restaurants and shops.

We DIDN'T like that our stay was so short.

We stayed eight nights self-catering in the deluxe apartment which was absolutely delightful, spacious, light and airy with a large terrace with spectacular views over Cassino and the surrounding mountains. It was fully equipped with all essentials. Half way through our stay cleaners came in to change the bed linen and towels and clean the apartment which we didn't expect. We very much hope to return to this apartment each time we visit our friends in the area.

Nothing much, but the lighting could be improved in the main rooms and a shaving mirror would have been useful.

Location is perfect! It's two minute drive up the hill from the town with sweeping views of the valley, mountains and over to the Bay of Naples. The rooms are an apartment with a spacious living room, bath, kitchen area and bedroom. There's also a terrace and plenty of light. This is a beautiful property with a gracious host and staff. I can not recommend it enough.

The location is unreal. Your views alone make it well worth it. Make sure to wake up for the sunrise. You won't regret it. The host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with on our arrival and Carmine, our driver, was unbelievable! If you need to be taken anywhere around town or in the region, he's your man! The apartment was immaculately clean. I would absolutely stay here again. The city offers some excellent restaurants at incredibly reasonable prices and is very easy to walk around.

The only thing we would change would be the bed. It could be more comfortable but this is a personal preference. Maybe for someone else, it would be very comfy.

Great apartment with a fantastic view. Host was a lovely woman who was very gracious.and booked us dinner at a wonderful place in town. Apartment fully equipped had we stayed longer than one-night. Comfy bed and great shower. Was upgraded by host to a larger apartment which was nice as it had a great view.

Very good location for different trips including cities, archaeological sites, beaches. Property very clean, well organised and safe. Quiet and relaxing. Free safe parking. The host Carolina very nice and welcoming.

The Residence looks like what you see on the pictures. To get there we had a good look on the maps (thank you Google). Due to some road works on one of the roads on the mountain side we were met by Carolina's nephew at the motor road exit to guide us to the Residence. Thank you for that. It also helped a lot to get acquainted to the local roads and traffic. He also gave us the keys and showed the apartment. Carolina, our host we met later on is a nice and helpful person. The apartment spacious and comfortable. Everything up and on it one needs for a lovely stay. Handy Kitchenette. Bed comfortable. Ample colorful bathroom. Our host, Carolina, did provide some packed breakfast items and drinks in the fridge. Views over the town and mountains, just great. Very relaxing to sit in the evening and watch the wide views. The famous Abby and the monuments of the infamous battle of Montecassino are just a bit further up the mountain. When you hit the A-1 (E-45) motor road it is just over an hour to either Rome of Naples. We'll certainly stay again as it proved to be a good base exploring the area between Rome and Naples.

The view from the flat is simply stunning. The kitchen was well equipped and flat furbished to a high standard. Discreet, unobtrusive professional service provided by owners Carolina and Nicola. Despite not being included in the price of the accommodation; the owners equipped the kitchen with essentials such as bottled water, coffee, milk, french toast etc to tie me over for the first couple of days of my stay. They even went to the trouble of delivering fresh pastries to my flat one morning which was totally unexpected and very much appreciated 😋 Mosquito nets fitted to all windows and door to balcony a definite plus for someone who suffers greatly from mosquito bites. Can’t fault anything about this place. It’s a 10/10 from me.

Missing a few basic things like bowls and dish soap

- great views on Cassino and the area from my spacious room - owners were very helpful and picked my up from train station and next morning drove me to the bus station to take the bus to Montecassino - the residence is uphill from the city center, up/down is an easy 13min walk

Everything, perfect location, well equipped, host most helpful and friendly, you couldn’t expect more! If we could give more point we would have. We were surprised by hospitality, generosity and kindness. We wold definitely recommend the host and would like to come back. Well done Carolina, you are one of the bests hosts we met.
