Service people is nice but I think their nice is for the terrible facility and low quality sanitary room

They offered me an upper level standard room, very confortable and clean.
The recepctionist attende me was nice and welcomed me and so nicely.
The relaxing outside garden ,lovley to hav eyour last drink or sigarette in the summer time night,
The location is not the best , it is is just in the outskisrts of Cassino town., along a large and unsettled motorway., however is esasy to reach .
This 5 stars hotel is a huge 80's yearrs staylish 80's building, with a lovely relaxing green garden sorrunding it.
The hotel is a big confortable building , beat dusty and not well kept, some interiors designs such as pipes, llights, and carpets are missing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were a group of 8 staying 3 nights and nothing was too much trouble. One of our group
left some items by mistake and it was forwarded on by the staff in a timely manner.
We had a meal in the restaurant and it was excellent. Breakfast was more than adequate to set us up for days of touring.
The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean.
The location is slightly out of town but there are a few good eateries within easy walking distance. It is close to the Monastery and other tourist areas.

wonderful welcome from the staff. Beautiful rooms and the restaurant basically cooked what we asked for as they were so quiet. nothing was too much trouble- lovely stay

The staff were welcoming and extremely friendly, they spoke really good English, which was awesome as we speak no Italian. The restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed 2 really good evening meals. Breakfast had a great selection too. We were travelling by bicycle and they made sure there was a safe place to store our bikes. The hotel was in a great place to cycle up to the monastery and visit all the local sites.

Very spacious ,very helpful staff and very good value for money
Air conditioning wasn't working in our room other than that we were happy with the hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the receptionist was very welcoming and gladly help with all our query ! She spoke a very outstanding English which was a bonus for me not speaking much Italian 😁
We travelled with our dogs an it was a pleasant stay for them too! 🐾
The room was beautifully and modern decorated.
The viewings of the mountains behind the building was breathtaking!
We would definitely stay again and highly recommend
Breakfast has limited choice considering it’s a 4 star hotel, but we wouldn’t complain as it was included!

The personnel was very nice
The AC in the hotel did not work - we were ok with that at first - but they did not check the breakfast, which was arranged for hours, when we came to have breakfast around 9 am the cheese, ham and eggs were "sweaty" and had a weird look. We had a strange feeling and stopped eating after a few bites, but it was already too late: the same night my girlfriend and I got serious FOOD POISONING, due to which we lost 2 days of our vacation.
I tried to contact booking to complain and request a refund for the time in the hotel, but to no avail.
I know they did not do anything intentionally, but it's just unacceptable to serve guests spoiled food.

Localisation if you want to visit Monte Casino. Our room was upgraded without extra pay as a gesture from hotel personnel as we were travelling in a group of 4.
Free wife in the rooms.
Air condition in the room -not working properly. I don't know if it was the case only in my room or in all rooms. Night was terrible. Temperature outside was lower than inside.
We booked spa centre for an extra fee of 30€ per person. It was a joke.
First: Jacuzi barely working.
Turkish sauna was terrifying. Paint was falling aparat form the ceiling.
Finnish sauna was Ok.
Colourfull lightening was pleasant.

To summarise - spa area would be a shame for free. When we made complaint in the morning, cost was reduced down to 20€per person. It was a nice gesture, but really - even for free we wouldn't be satisfied.
