The kitchen and the waiter were amazing Good service. Food was tasty

Options were too limiting not much of a variety to choose from. The reception stuff during the day not friendly at all except for the night shift.

Loved the food. The chef outdid themself everytime- wish I could have met them and compliment them directly. The staff was also on point & willing to assist on request.

No communication whatsoever. On arrival was told I cant have dinner if I'm not in smart casual. Meaning I spent all my time getting room service- even when the dining hall wasn't occupied. Apparently they could not reach me to tell me all this. The spa services which was the main reason I came was not available either. Had to cancel on my partner because it was pointless at that moment cos I did not have the right apparel for dinner date nor was the spa service we planned available during the stay. The room I got also had no view and the place was not even filled to capacity on the 1st night. Had I been able to see the room I was getting beforehand I would not have secured the booking at all. A disappointing trip to say the least and wish to have spent my time-off at a better & hospitable destination.

The hotel has an absolutely amazing view.

There was no water pressure in the morning when we wanted to shower. The water just trickled out.

No shuttle after checking out and had to walk uphill with luggage
