The villa is in a great location, the layout is perfect with bedrooms on 3 floors accommodated with bathrooms. Great outdoor space, with swimming pool. Communication is very important and the response was almost immediate. Highly recommended.

There was no bath mats so it was quite slippy having a shower but I have pointed this out to the owners who say they will address it

The house is very spacious. We'll equipped. Everything you could ask for really. Raul the property manager is very friendly and helpful.

Large villa, well appointed. Only a fifteen minute walk into town and with a pool for when the sea was a step too far. All facilities and the property itself were as described on Booking.com and the one problem we had (internet not working on arrival) was dealt with as soon as the owner had been contacted. John (owner) and Raul (local agent) were v helpful when needed.

Previous occupant’s hadn’t cleaned out BBQ and we couldn’t face doing it ourselves, so we didn’t use it.

The kitchen was clean, it has all of the dishes. One thing that we mised was hand blender.

Location was good. Bathrooms clean.

Pool constantly shaded by the property, probably due to the time of year and unfortunately we lost all water to the villa in the final 24hours of our stay which obviously wasn’t the owners fault. Cooker needs a good clean and more than one shelf in it. Pillows need replacing.

The keys were easily located in the box, there were other key boxes around the property for other doors and gates that would have been useful to have access too though. The location of the property is fabulous, easy access to Correlejo. Pool was great for the kids and was cleaned during our stay. Pool toys were available and the washing machine was great and easily accessible. Plenty of towels were left around the property and as a party of 8 the villa was the perfect size.

The house was dated, had no air conditioning, so was particularly hot, especially down in the basement rooms. We had to buy fans which only made a slight bit of difference. There were no mosquito nets which meant we got bitten due to having the windows open. There were mosquito plugs left in the room though. The pillows were so old the stuffing had all joined together in them leaving them really uncomfortable and it would be useful to have bed sheets to lie under rather than empty duvet covers. The owner prices the property differently depending on which website you go to. I asked to negotiate price on air bnb but it was still cheaper through booking, so booked here.
