Reminded me of an old Wimmera pub growing up....friendly, big rooms, great pub food, free onsite parking, close to M8 tunnel.

Staff are very friendly and always ready to help late night check-in the girl working at the bottle shop went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer alway greeted with a smile will definitely rebook for my next trip great value for money beds very comfortable

The room was small but very comfortable, and it was worth my stay. The staff were very friendly and very close to bus stations. We had to take the bus to CBD, and it was just a 3 mins walk to the station. If I visit Australia again, I would definitely recommend Southern Cross Hotel

The electricity card wasn't working but the manager was quick to fix them otherwise everything was perfect

Ample Free parking on the premises, Good sized room Comfortable Bed Fairly quiet even though it's on top of a Pub. Once you arrive at a train station you can get to the CBD very quick.

The room could have used a bit more cleaning. A bit of a walk to the nearest train station.

The cleanliness was very poor my 3 Daughters rooms had not been cleaned and they had to wait for more than an hour to get into the room while being cleaned I could hear the noise from the function room

No access to lift after hours. No mini fridge.no milk for coffee or tea. Toilet seat broken. Unclean carpet with dead cockrochs next to your bed. no hand rails down the last stairs to exit the building, when lift not turned on. Cleaning? What cleaning. Last one the bathroom and hall ways stinks of urine. Just clean up the area and rooms and it would be great 👍

location to Sydney airport. Great pub and food.

The room I had was quiet. The only feedback I have is to install better blinds or curtains on the room window.

the room i was provided earlier had dead cockroach, and AC not working, on complaint they gave us different room, very kind lady on the reception cleaned our room but she was in rush since we were waiting outside so she did what she could in 30 min. My main concern were nothing but cockroaches, i saw one at the bottle shop and asked her straight away if there any cockroaches in the room, and found one also plus there were many of them outside lift, smoking balcony had more then 7 dead ones. this is big concern.

Pretty tidy and roomy

It was a bit noisy as there was music on the Saturday night but that is to be expected. There was leftover soap bars in the shower.

Very comfy bed. Clean and recently renovated. Parking on site was a big bonus.

The carpet smelled really bad. You couldn’t lock the window which made me a bit nervous.
