Nice little apartment not far from transport into Sydney. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom / laundry.

It was a hot week in Sydney and unfortunately this apartment doesn’t come with aircon. I did automatically presume it had aircon, but reading the listing after arrival it didn’t mention it. So my mistake. There was a fan provided, but didn’t really cool the place down. This was the only downside to our stay.

It was a comfortable bed and it was reasonanly clean.

Washing machine door was broken. The shower rose wouldn't stay In place because a soap tray/basket was too big and fitted badly causing the shower head to fall down. The window blind was falling off the frame. The laundry tap was very loose making it unusable.

Comfortable, central location, quiet and good value.

Entry sometimes locked sometimes open...? Security...no consistency. Card didnt work at entrance. Blind in room could not be pulled down.

No number on the gate or fence, the entrance was actually around the corner, very hard to find in the dark.the Uber driver found it difficult to find.

The towels could have been of better quality and the shower rose is looking a bit old and needs updating. Couldn’t find instructions for the air conditioner,not familiar with the brand.!!

Nice quiet neighbourhood, lovely old house & garden , check in was easy with a lock box . Good communication with property managers prior to stay

The bed did not have any quilt or blanket, just sheets. Unable to use courtyard as it was dirty .

Good central location , clean neat and tidy . comfy bed
