Staff were very friendly, easy to check in. Bed was comfy. Breakfast is worth the money.

The location is excellent because it's so handy for the city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly. The parking is handy and a good price. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit basic,would prefer a cooked breakfast,especially in winter months. Apart from that our stay was very good.

I'd stayed before and once again found the room well equipped and modern. I liked that it had a window and that the bathroom was big and the shower easy to use. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of sensible places to put things. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of delicious berries and yoghurt and not just carbs! I appreciate the option of a boiled egg.

I found the room cold and couldn't seem to make the heating system work to improve things. I did report this to reception as I checked out and was pleased to be told that this would be looked into and that before my next stay in January they would warm my room before I checked in. The other problem was the TV had very poor reception. Sound was OK but the picture kept breaking up and I didn't manage to adjust it.

Really comfortable beds and the staff were very helpful, polite and warmly welcomed us. Location nice and central too.

Only downside is the twin room without windows are very small but if you're not intending to spend a lot of time in them, they're perfectly OK. Had to get tea and coffee from downstairs and not free in the room.

A very friendly hotel staff efficient and knowledgeable on both the hotel and the local area for retuarnts and other amiities.

I realize I was not there much of the time because I wanted to see the sites and not be in the hotel room all day. However, the TV only had a few channel options and three or four of them. were pixilated.

I love this hotel. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are so comfy! The walls are soundproof. It doesn't matter if you have a window or no window the room still feels homely and has colour changing lights to fit your mood. My third time staying here and I absolutly love the place. Only a 5 minute walk from the bus station and Buchanan Galleries.

Clean rooms, good location. Breakfast was okay for the money. Staff were friendly and engaged. T.V was a good size. The rooms were small but well designed, so great if you are just using it as a dormitory. Shower was nicely strong and hot. Comfy bed and pillows. Room was a good temperature.

No tea and coffee in room. Unable to switch off noisy air conditioning fan completely (it kept randomly coming on and off in the night). Bathroom was a bit smelly when you first open the door.
