We had a very good stay at Gertrudy Apartments. Although not the largest apartment, we had all the amenities needed for our stay, it was clean and comfortable. As per the location, you couldn’t get a better location in Krakow, the apartment is literally 5 minutes by walking to the old town and Wawel Castle and 10 minutes to the main square. Also very close to trams so you can go anywhere in Krakow without an issue. Special thanks to our host Izabela, who made sure we receive a piece of jewellery my girlfriend forgot in the apartment.

We were not really bothered, but it you are a picky tourist you might not like the view, as it is located inside a courtyard.

Great clear communications

it was really modern, in a great location nothing was too far walking distance from us, everything we could of needed was in the apartment .

Best location, very clean and cosy, has everything for a longer stay, nice personnel and easy access.

I didn’t like that there was only one blanket for 2 persons in double bed. Never mind whether a couple or family members or colleagues are sharing the bed, it is more comfortable to have an additional blanket for every reason.

Apartment was very nice, location was perfect very close to old Town. I would suggest a motion activated light of some sort since at night when we returned to the apartment the courtyard was very dark and can't see my steps and ended up stepping in a pudding of water after a rainy day. For breakfast we found very good place called od jajka do jablka. Would highly recommend for breakfast

The location of the property was perfect. it was in the middle of the old town and the Jewish quarter so was perfect for us.

The only negative was the bed was very firm and flat so wasn’t very comfortable but other than that it was great.

Poor sound isolation between apartments.

The appartment is great situated, 10 minutes walk from the main square and also ten minutes from Jewish part of Krakow. Is 3 minutes from Wawel castel. Shops are around. The appartment look exactly like on photos. Fully equipped, towels, small soap, hairdryer is provided. Also parking is possible in the yard, so your car is safety - night 50 PLN. Comunication was quick and Isabela has been very helpfull. Definately recomended.

Entry was easy. Plenty of Towels Condiments and toiletries provided

Bottom of shower door enclosure needs a good clean, black mold should be removed. A toaster in the kitchen would be a good idea. It would be a good practice to provide some bottled water on arrival

Clean and very good equipped apartment, including a kitchen. Excellent breakfast in 1891 Garni Hotel close to the property. It is a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Great for a few days stay.
